Until they sadly introduced other anime lines into it....then it became the 80's-ish anime toyline :(

If that never happened, maybe we would have been talking about the VF-1A Alaska Base, Q-Rau and VEFR-1 by now.....8)

Unlikely. They'd have probably just not made anything during those times. There's been plenty of months over the last year they could have done a Macross HMR release and there was nothing at all instead. Realistically, Macross is a niche product same as the other HMR releases are. The fact they've been teasing the Tomahawk for like 4 months and there's no pre-order to speak of kind of says it all.

LOL! I didn't know there was an "F" out???!

It's the result of a contest to design the new Enterprise for Star Trek Online from a few years back. The Ent-E is lost in the late 24th century to an Undine rift and the ships that come out of it while captained by Data. The Odyssey class is a next-gen ship and one of the early members of the class gets made into the Enterprise-F and is captained by an Andorian.

The only bad experience I've had with MyKombini was when I bought the RD Zeong from them, they got them in stock and I paid the remainder of the pre order then they hit me up for more money on shipping. The box was unexpectedly massive but I hate when any company does that, Nippon Yasan does the same thing.

In counterpoint I will say I've had them actually refund me the difference when the pre-charged shipping amount was too much for what it actually cost to ship. The Zeong's box is HUGE for an RD and I don't quite blame them for asking for more compared to their regular charge.

  4. That far west base is full of easily killed ground targets and is the farthest away. Made sense to go there first, resupply, then deal with the closer areas. Supposedly the 8AAMs aren't bad against drone swarms if you actually have a full swarm and good angles. There's parts that will improve lock on time and homing capability and both of those will probably help.

  5. I had issues with that mission until I got the A-10C with the 4AGMs. Went for the far area to the west first, wiped it out, went back taking potshots at the air field and resupplied, dealt with the air base then went for the plateau area. The Gripen E has carried me through like 6 or 7 missions now, especially with the LACMs. So many ground heavy missions in a row.

wow no DLC codes with either of my AC7 Pre-orders for PS4..

Aces Bundle had nothing.. and Amazon sent nothing either..

    emails away!

If anyone else hasn't gotten their code yet get in contact with a customer service rep and make sure to point them at the product page and its advertising of the DLC code, then point them at https://www.bandainamcoent.com/news/ace-combat-7-frequently-asked-questions and

for further proof that they're supposed to provide the code on their end. One is Bandai-Namco's own FAQ for the game's pre-order bonuses, the other is a Reddit post made by a Bandai-Namco rep explaining the situation. I contacted them using all this info and got my code a few hours later after the rep forwarded it to their marketing and promotions team.

  7. Not familiar with those, but these are teeny tiny 2 inch or so tall plastic figures with what seems like pretty solid build quality for a KO and a lot of posability including a hinge and balljoint for an ankle joint. I highly recommend grabbing one or two to try out. I went in for $60 worth (the tank drone/chopper drone accessory set that turns into add-ons for a mech, a green basic mech to go with them, a Coast Guard colored flying model, and one other) to try out and just threw down for another $90 worth that includes all 5 SAT units (SWAT mechs basically) and two others. For their price it's hard to mess up trying just one or two. Show.Z already has my second order shipped and out of the country now by the look of it.

  8. Had the first half of my Christmas spending for myself come in from China finally. A set of MFT's Lost Planet KO Diaclone power armors. At $12-$15 per these things are pretty much perfectly priced for their tiny size and modest complexity. Plenty of posability and customization with the parts they have, and even little pilot figures for a bunch of them that are jointed and have feet magnets to help them stand. Already ordered a bunch more after getting these and being impressed by them. Now to wait for the others to arrive and that Jinbao Devastator that's the other half of the Christmas spending.

  9. These lil' Diaclone KOs are wonderful, especially for the price of $12-$15 per if you shop around. This first batch was off a guy on Aliexpress (never did have tracking work for it, either), and I've gone ahead and ordered another 7 (including the full SAT team) off of Show.Z's store after getting these in and messing around with them. They're all of 2 inches tall at best and most have little pilot figures with them that are jointed and posable and have tiny magnets in their feet to help with standing. Surprisingly posable and stable for how tiny they are, with a lot of customization due to the ports and accessories they come with.

Just trolling I guess.  Nothing has been said or brought up since that one time back on Dec 12. Yet he has to trudge all back up again. All that gets accomplished is stirring the pot back up. :unknw:

That's the only thing I can figure at this point but I figured I should give some benefit of the doubt. Not sure why, but hey.

Not a fan of this condescending language in the trailer:

-Mankind is the cause of this "mass extinction"

    -"We" are an "infection"

-The Titans are the planet's "original" and "rightful" rulers.

I'm not sure if people even recognize the linguistic programming at work here. Not only will I not be seeing this in theatres, I'll actively be seeking-out the bootleg.

    ...What?

It's almost as if all of those statements are from one person in the movie who not only isn't portrayed very positively in the trailer, but might just not be the most rational of people in general.

Are you really going to take it THAT personally that you're going to start suggesting there's some terrible agenda at play in this movie? That it's trying to program us to want to unleash giant kaiju to destroy ourselves? Really? Not that kaiju movies, especially Godzilla ones, have ever been allegory (thinly veiled or otherwise) for environmental issues or anything. No, that's just crazy talk.
