I've been to past Fleet Weeks but since the Navy left in 1996 it just wasn't the same.
I wonder how Gamecrazy/Hollywood Video is? IFAIK GC still sells NES and SNES games but that's about it. Do you get better deals trading-wise than Gamestop or it's about the same?
I bought the 1st DVD MASS Device Battle pack 2day at WallyWorld. I haven't seen the 5 part mini series/pilot in almost 20 years now (when the Rhino DVD sets came out I passed on it then). The animation still holds up after so many years. I kept Baroness, Radiated Snake Eyes, Timber and Cobra Soldier in the box and just busted out the DVD and Stalker because I never had that figure when I was a kid. I also got Spirit (my favorite Joe) and Bazooka (never remembered him being so bulky).
Thrashin'
Gleaming the Cube
Weird Science
Real Genius
Explorers (River Phoenix, Ethan Hawke)
D.A.R.Y.L (With the kid from Cocoon)
Cloak and Dagger
The Never Ending Story (original)
The Philadelphia Experiment
Streets of Fire
Electric Dreams
Beastmaster
License to Drive
Revenge of the Nerds 1 & 2
Born in East L.A.
The Last Starfighter
Revenge of the Ninja (Sho Kosugi and Sasuke/Ninja Warrior competitor Kane Kosugi)
The Road Warrior
The Perils of Gwendolyn (obvious reasons OO)
Better Off Dead
Strange Brew
History of the World Pt.1
Short Circuit
And a Sci-Fi movie with Molly Ringwald and some dude traveling in a futuristic SUV, the name escapes me.
Can anyone recommend some good shmups for SNES/SFC? I have Gradius 3, Axelay, Parodius 2, Pop 'n Twin-Bee and Hudson Soft Carnival Shooting Collection (Star Force, Star Soldier and Starship Hector).
IF Konami came out with Guitar Freaks in the US during the DDR and Beatmania craze they would have had an edge over GH and RB. It's too late for Konami now, they must be banging their heads in shame .
Here's what I gotta say to you Konami
