i remember 2 big cartoon deaths when i was a kid - roy's and mark venture's (in star blazers) - but even mark made it back through a supernatural IV with an alien babe (tho he and the rest of the crew weren't so lucky in the movie version) - and you know, optimus prime doesn't count - he's a robot. so yes roy wins for most shocking cartoon moment for moi. (i didn't follow gi joe so duke biting the dust is a non-factor)

Here is his Decal Sheet thread, or just pop him a PM. if you want the official "blue" set, hasegawa put them out - look at the list of macross dealers we have in the "Where to Buy" forum, one of them might have them still. if you want the "pink" minmay guard set, it comes packaged with the actual hasegawa model kit, which i think Monkey Nugget just got a re-order of, an some other dealers will probably have this set on hand as well. good luck with your Minmay hunting!

i think that bunny from tenchi was named ryo-oh-oki? something like that. anyhow my fave char would be Nausicaa for a gal, Speed Racer (sorry dont remember his japanese name) for a guy.

wow huge pics - you can see 2 things in detail from that - 1)The head has a huge seam in it a la Roy VF-1S 1/48 Yamato. Wide seams in the legs too but the head is ugh. 2)Hello? painted-over cockpit? I've seen better cockpits from our custom fanworks! They really could have invested in a clear cockpit cover you know.

I think Tenchi's mojo doesn't come from a tree (an example of that would be Sasami's tree being Tsunami, and Tsunami coughs up the wings of the lighthawk? haven't watched in a while lol) but rather from within himself (he can do that lighthawk thang without a tree, etc - that's why all those mad scientists like washu were so interested in him.)

That lil decal I saw (i would scan it in to show you but my decal sheet is gone atm for customization purposes) led me to think so, but no go - that painted logo of Minmay with the dragon is more of an "Memphis Belle"- type logo on an individual valk.

What type of update do you mean? If you mean the website update, i don't know, but as far as info goes, check out the Toys section - Graham is active over there giving the info on the latest Yamato stuff.

I really like it! i remember having the old poster (it got trashed by a house party in college) and thinking "why is it so dark and green?" - this is much better imho!
