This poll painted a very skewed picture, considering Macross 7 is probably the second most loved and the most hated of the series at the same time. Anyway, althought I kinda like Macross DYRL, it sucks as a stand alone movie. So I voted the original Macross.

I guess I'm just weird, Macross Plus is my second least favourite Macross Production. I don't know, I guess it's a little too depressing for my taste. So anyway, I say no to both questions. The original SDFM is still better than all the sequels, the plot/story is just that tight compared to the rest. But Macross Frontier is a very close second. 1. SDFM 2. Macross Frontier 3.
