  1. What a disappointing series overall. It had so much promise in the beginning, yet it resorted to fillers and plot dumps halfway. Furthermore, it suffers from having just too many characters. As a result, the final episode was a completely forced ending that merely rips off every Macross ending. Overall, here's how it ranks on my list: 1. Macross Plus (1994) 2. The Super Dimension Fortress Macross (1982) 3. The Super Dimension Fortress Macross: Do You Remember Love (1984) / Flash Back 2012 (1986) 4. Macross Frontier (2008) 5. Macross Frontier Movie Duology (2009/2011) 6. Macross Zero (2002) 7. Macross 7 (1995) 8. The Super Dimension Fortress Macross II: Lovers Again (1992) 9. Macross Delta (2016) 10. Macross Dynamite 7 (1997)

  4. I got an Asus Eee PC from my old man that was running Windows 7 Starter, which was unbearably slow and even worse when it got upgraded to Windows 10. It literally took 2 minutes to open Firefox or Chrome. Seeing that it was pointless to reinstall Windows on an Atom-based netbook, I reformatted it to CloudReady, and now it surfs the web like a dream.
  5. Another expensive candy toy. Hopefully, it's better than the HGUC version. Mobile Suit Gundam Universal Unit GP03 Dendrobium
  6. Another Smurfs movie? Sony Pictures Animation promises that Smurfs: The Lost Village is a reboot and completely unrelated to the disastrous live-action films. The new film is directed by Kelly Asbury (Shrek 2, Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron) and features the following voices: Demi Lovato (some pop singer) as Smurfette Mandy Patinkin (Inigo Montoya in The Princess Bride, Dr. Geiger in Chicago Hope) as Papa Smurf Jack McBrayer (Kenneth in 30 Rock) as Clumsy Smurf Danny Pudi (Abed in Community) as Brainy Smurf Joe Manganiello (Richie in Magic Mike 1 and XXL, Deathstroke in the upcoming Batman film) as Hefty Smurf Rainn Wilson (Dwight in The Office) as Gargamel The film opens on April 7, 2017. Will The Smurfs' late creator Peyo finally stop rolling in his grave? Smurfs: The Lost Village @ IMDb
  7. Danny Chan was a better Bruce Lee impersonator in Shaolin Soccer.
  8. Sometimes, all I have to do to watch Dragon is to watch The Fast and the Furious.
  9. Almost everything that took place in San Francisco is fictional, as Bruce's hometown was Seattle. His back injury was from an accident, not a fight; and it wasn't as severe as the film depicted it. Also, Bruce's book Tao of Jeet Kune Do was first published after his death, not before his TV career. Furthermore, Kung Fu with David Carradine came out years after Bruce died. All nitpicks aside, Dragon is still one of the most entertaining martial arts films ever produced in Hollywood.
  10. No. Just No. The guy doesn't look like Bruce Lee. He doesn't move like Bruce Lee. And he doesn't even try to pretend to talk like Bruce Lee. Do yourselves a favor and watch Dragon: The Bruce Lee Story instead if you want a fictionalized retelling of Bruce's life.
  11. I really wanted to like this series, but the last 5 or so episodes have been nothing but fillers and plot dump after plot dump. At this point, I don't know how they could possibly end this series with just one episode to go.
  12. Picked up the HGBF ZZII yesterday and just finished decaling and topcoating it. Compared to the ZII, the joints are tighter, but you'll need to glue the white forearm pieces, as there's hardly anything supporting them. Despite the awkward design, the feet have no problem supporting the whole body. The transformation is basically the same as the ZII, with just a few extra parts gimmicks. As this is a remold, there are excess parts as expected. Among these is the Zeta Beam Rifle; unfortunately, you don't get the handle for it. In addition, you can assemble the heels of the original kit, but you can't use them here, as the ZZII's foot guards have no articulation and will always be pointing downward. As for the livery, I chose Londo Bell instead of A.E.U.G to depict it as having been used between Char's Counterattack and Gundam Unicorn. For this, I ended up using five different Gundam Decal sheets for the various markings. Overall, the ZZII is a great kit for those who love Zeta-based designs. Both ZII and ZZII in Wave Rider mode. Here's the size comparison with the ZIIin MS mode. Size comparison with the RG Zeta Gundam and HGBF Lightning Zeta Gundam. Size comparison with the HGUC RX-78-2 Gundam [Revive] and Byarlant Custom. Here's the updated Z Family. And finally, inspired by Kakarot197, a size comparison with the GM Custom and the always bulky Zaku III. "And that's all for this review, and see you guys next time."
