Everyone hates on RID, but IMO it was still better than Armada or Energon. It was weird, fun and just plain more enjoyable than the two most recent shows. And anyone who thinks that G1 TV is good has really been kicked in the ass by nostalgia. Except for a precious few eps IMO it sucked too. yes, I second that RID is waaaay much better than energon or armada. Only thing armada offered me that was never made was Unicron. That's it.

Rubbing Alcohol? I coat with Future (acrylic). I once used Polly-S Black w/tones of Polly-S airbrush thinner to panel-line, but I found that the thinner was eating through both my Future under-coat and my paint. Isn't acrylic thinner usually standard rubbing alcohol? I was using my eraser technique specifically to avoid damaging my paint or undercoat. nah, I didn't have all that coat stuff at all. All did was put the model together, and panel lined it. And that's it. It looked clean. But yeah, if you had all that other stuff on the model then alcohol isn't good.

I panel lined my VF-2SS a long time ago and from what I remember I used a 0.05 gundam marker and yes the panel lines are very fine so there's excess markings. What did was just wipe it off with a paper towel and some rubbing alcohol. Worked just fine for me.

are you talking about count dooku's lightsaber? If so, it's suppose to be curved. I like to call it the banana saber. Most likely your not talking about the that, but just in case!

no, I was right about that being part of that SD robot game. Only the strike valk was part of that series. The strike valk is not part of that macross series of keychains. I made sure before I posted it. I still have it mint in package and it shows the other robots in the collection. The keychain set with the gerwalk, fighter and battroid is from another set of SD robots.

oh, I guess I can keep the CIII vader then..... uh the c3 COVERS THE X-RAY POSTER not MWCON. uhhh no, you said c3 will cover the entrance fee. We agreed on that. That's why I asked you are you sure so that I'd pick it up. The C3 figure was 35 bucks.

well not many of us have the psp, and even if we do, we probably won't have the game that everybody can play. It's a cool idea, but maybe not this con. Maybe next year when everything should be out by then and more games are out.

You still want to buy my Star Wars toys on eBay. (place hypnotic voice here) haha, nice try but your jedi mind tricks don't work on me! Oh yeah, I totally forgot to add in that I was crazy about collecting star wars when it was first redone in 1996. I still had my older ones too. Star wars is a whole new expensive addiction!

well i've always wanted robotech toys as a kid. All I got was a jetfire. Funny thing is I played with jetfire and watched robotech at the same time and was thinking why does jetfire look soooo much like the robotech jets? And why does jetfire have the robotech symbol on his wing? I couldn't buy any of those robotech released toys back in the day. So what started me in collecting was baseball cards. My cousin got me into baseball back in 1988 and I started collecting baseball cards till 1993 and jumped over to basketball cards. That only lasted a year. Right after that, my neighbor gave me two old x-men comic books. I remember the xmen when I was kid watching the cartoons and the coloring books, but the comic books were a different story!! So I started collecting comic books like crazy and that lasted from 1993 to 1996. Inbetween that, anything that had to do with marvel toys I bought. Same with spawn. I started transitioning to toys and slowly stopped buying comic books. Then in 1997, I went to my coworker's house because he wanted to get rid of a bunch of old toys he had. In the box were a bunch of Transformers G1!! I was like dood!! I remember these!! That sparked my interest in transformers. I jumped online searched around for some info on transformers and ran into Macrossworld. I was like dood!!! Robotech is Macross in japan!! So I lurked on MW for a while. I signed up with Ebay and won my first auction and it was perceptor. Then it was swoop, and so forth. While I was searching transformers on ebay, I was wondering how much some of the macross toys would be worth and if I can afford it. When the page came up, I was like forget it!! every valk on the page was at least 500+ dollars!! So I just stuck with transformers for a long time. I finally signed up with MW back on the old boards and just posted here and there. So I've always been a fan, but was never able to afford the macross toys till now. Now I'm trying to limit myself to macross and transformers G1 as I have no more room to store all these toys!!! I still buy other anime toys, which I shouldn't but I can't help it.
