    Yeah was on or about's that time the prices really started to hike up.. prices had started to rise considerably then I started to panic! The most expensive individual Valkyrie I've purchased so far was the mass production VF-1J.. $550 (no regrets though), then Hikaru's J & the VF-4 at about $500 each.. my VF-1D was about $450 then Ozma $400, then Micheal & VE-1 $350ish etc etc.. its been a costly & bumpy road to get this far and there is no end in sight! But I say bring it on!

    Can't disagree on this one.. my 25S & Armor parts cost me $600 between them! The Armor parts alone cost me more than Luca, CF & Prophecy (each, not together) did!

    Also bought this Ranka Lee - Wish of Valkyrie - Glowing Red edition quite cheap on Mandarake to replace the original winking version.. I think this color version is much nicer than the original!

    what he said! I also used the superglue trick on my VF-25G as the shoulders were just too loose and floppy to hold up his enormous obnoxious gun.. worked a treat!

    I don't think I'll get any 22's, it's not that I don't like the 22's but now that I have the 21 for my Plus collection and considering that I only really like them in fighter mode I think the one is enough! Also I have the 4x M7 VF-19's, so I'll just stop my M7 collection at them. I'd rather spend the money getting a few of the other VF-1 variants I'm missing from my collection anyways..

    Indeed she is! But nahhh won't be buying another.. would love to have multiples of certain Valks but funds and space are too limited at the moment..

    She arrived this morning! My hopes and prayers were answered by the smiling gods of Mandarake! She is in absolutely perfect mint unopened untouched unadulterated condition! The box has some minor scuffs & a little corner damage but it was still sealed! So put simply, I couldn't be happier! I never once lost faith in Mandarake! I knew the YF-21 were larger than other Valks but dang she is a big sexy bird! And now sitting proudly on display with my other Macross Plus birds! Here is a pic of my new baby!

    hmmm yeah good point. They are on the rather pricey end of the Valkyrie scale.. Im glad I got mine when I did and not pay the ridiculous prices they want for em now! they are an exceptionally beautiful thing! especially in fighter mode! im sure you will just adore it when it arrives!

    nice display! I'd love to get me a ED-209! One thing I've noticed though is there aren't so many VF-4's being shown on display.. the odd one here n there and that's about it.. is it just me or has anyone else noticed that!? As much as I do absolutely love my VF-4G, I'll admit for a while there I did feel like it was a kinda oddball Valkyrie which really didn't fit in with any of my other Valkyrie on display but I certainly couldn't imagine not having it!

    Thanks for the info, I just wasnt sure about.. didn't want to take any risks with it considering the costs of the Valks.. They are my babies and I'd hate to see them get hurt!

    Silly question but is there any risk of the led lights yellowing or dulling the whites of the Valks?

    That is a good idea! I did look at making or buying some hooks to tie the fishing line to but didn't want the hooks to be visible.. the line on its own is working ok so far! not really worried about it breaking as the pack says its rated to something like 20 pounds? Maybe if the knots unwind but im pretty sure I have done them up quite well! very!

    Yeah it was but our neighbors we had back then were kinda d!cks.. There was one rather shady family a few houses down who we suspected could have done it but we could never prove anything.. It did happen during the day when most houses were empty but yeah funny that no one saw or noticed anything at all.. Thats hot!!! I wish Yamato had made a 1/60 scale HWR-00 Monster MKII.. Imagine having something like that on display!! =o
