Anyone else find the purple parts at the feet to be loose and the arms a bit floppy? It's also back heavy, but other than that, it's golden.

I'm wondering why the engineers took a step backward with the gunpod stowing...ill probably try and take a look at it later and report back...just seems silly not to include the multifunction swing bar as stated above...

Just picked up the first of two 27s. Colour is pretty much identical to the first release. I haven't taken out the v1 to compare yet, but by and large it's the same. Nozzles and feet are gunmetal and lots of clean tampo printing. So far so good, but shame about the lack of surface panel detailing...guess Bandai couldn't be bothered with tweaking the existing mold...maybe they offset it with the super amounts of tampo'ing...either way, fighter mode is pretty much the same...disappointed the landing gears are not able to lock...otherwise it's the usual QC with a few scratches on the plastic visible through the sheen...

If I'm not mistaken, the vf-27 ghosts are red/pinkish so they'll probably repaint and repackage then resell it to us...and we'll all be suckers for it

Proportions aren't gonna be perfect but then again, the animators took liberties with the 27, ie how the back disappeared when it was in battroid...lucky we're even getting this amount of macross love...only complaints I'm having is with QC and how Bandai consistently get worse with their products...my exia repair came with glue still stuck on a tampo'd shoulder and other companies' QC are going down the bog too...back on point my supplier has my VF-27 today but I didn't bring my receipt so picking it up tomorrow...

Happens with most figures and collectible sadly...picked up some dc play arts figures and it's the same deal...it's either a piece of mind that you have it secured it pennies possibly saved...either way its a question of whether your time or money is more valuable

Wow. Heard of it getting loose but never super tight. Maybe after a few transformations it'll loosen up to brig just right?
