Small areas on the surface have black paint...what options to clean it off? Thanks for making it super easy to post via my iphone

It's small bits along the back panel of the plane and another near the front, but nowhere near the other lines. Just wanted advice in how to clean them up without melting the plastic. Using my iphone so can't add pics

There's a few bits of black paint on the main unit...thanks to a sloppy paint job, that I want to remove.

Mine just arrived...a sweet late Christmas present! How do I get rid of excess tampo printing on these babies? What would I need to use?

From my experience the parts yellow over time anyway, as there's very little you can do to prevent it. My v1 25f went yellow after a few years in parts. As for the tampo printing, those things scratch super easy. Use bubble wrap for each section and that should solve your problem. I bubble wrap most of my other figures when I box them together and it seems to do the trick.

They're not very responsive unless you catch their online support. Tried canceling orders via every other way and it doesn't work.

I absolutely loved the vf 171 and it's a crying shame they couldn't have used better plastic. It's a fantastic design and Bandai didn't show it deserved justice. They also ripped us off!

Still no sign of the S rerelease...possibly keeping it quiet until next year to maintain momentum for the yf-30 and anything inbetween...perhaps the rvf-171?

Mine arrived on Saturday morning. Went from processing to shipped after three days. Super parts are slick, especially the ghosts. Very happy with them! Onto the yf-29!

I hope it's tamashii exclusive cos ironically the limited run is easier to procure and won't have a price hike before launch...no more camping AmiAmi and NY...hope Bandai don't screw this up. On another note, I was talking to a guy who said he got VF-0D vibes from the design. I'm inclined to agree...and it has the proportions, or at least feels like it has, of the VF-4G. Still...love delta wing designs...maybe they'll force Arcadia to do a VF-0D!

If I do get a second, I'm gonna need a weathering guide! Man it looks so much better with it and it's the perfect colour to weather.
