Did you change your diet? You DO realize that in most cases unless one is talking about a seriously obese person, losing weight at a faster rate than 1 lb per week results in muscle mass loss as well. Even chemically enhanced athletes can only drop about 2 per week without losing muscle.

Gunsight1: No offense to the authors, as they did put time into this thing, but its kind of lame to have a front page banner ad to a first bi-monthly, then quarterly, then defunct fan mag. It makes it seem, to at least the casual viewer, like Macross is dead or something.
