  1. That's the one!! Thanks Opus. You the man...er, penguin.
  2. Help me! Once upon a time, I saw a huge cutaway drawing of a Regult pod, but I can't find it again! I checked Nanashi's page, but it wasn't there. Has anybody else seen this picture, and can I get a copy of it?
  3. Would you two stop posting together! You're starting to freak me out.
  4. Has anybody ever built this Deunan garage kit? I think it looks pretty good, and with 0% fanservice too!
  5. No kidding. And this aircraft has a distinctly CAF look to it too.
  6. I would use the term "mythical" myself. LOL! But unlike other "mythical" creatures like fruity Unicorns, we actually want to see the 1/32 VF-1. So chop chop! Make with the new thread! Or at least repost some of your older work for us to gaze upon, and the Froating Head of Kawamori will smile upon you.
  7. I'm not really a fan of J-pop, but Trigun's H.T. (the guitar riff over the credits) is still a favorite of mine.
  8. 'Ey, wha happened to my post?
  9. I feel a great disturbance in the force. As if a million continuity-fanboys cried out in terror, then were suddenly silenced. And Hikaru's VF-1J did have the grey visor in the TV series. Sometimes.
  10. So by now Far Cry should be in stores. For those who are truly adventureous, here's a link to download the 180 page manual for the Sandbox level editor. ftp://ftp.ubi.com/uk/farcry/sandbox/FC_Editor_Manual.zip Who will be the first to creat the official Macross World map? Think about it...you could make a single player adventure where you have to sneak into HG's secret island fortress to destroy the video masters for RT2004. Or a multiplayer game of "Capture the Yamato."
  11. No kidding! I wish I could get a model the day its released, and then spend 30-40 hours non-stop detailing it. These guys are machines!
  12. Hey, I gotta defend my Trigun figures from Kaiyodo. They're not too shabby.
  13. Actually, I believe the nose swaps because one has the hip pegs and heatshield, and the other one doesn't.
  14. The Hurricane I don't mind so much, but with all the other cruiserweights on Smackdown he's pretty much hung out to dry. But as things are now, the writers have come up with this "hillarious" gimmick with Rosie and they don't have a clue what to do with it.
  15. Oh poo. I'll just have to rely on you Pacific rim types to get your VF-0's first and posting reviews long before we get them on our shores.
  16. I can't believe they put A Train and Chuck Palumbo on RAW. Heck, I can't belive they are still trying to sell those two in the first place. If the WWE wanted to trim some fat, then those two would have been a perfect place to start.
  17. Graham, is there any chance you'll get to inspect, play with, or otherwise torture test a prototype VF-0?
  18. Hey, no fair! Guppy said "No Banprestos" 'cause we all knew they were crap from day one.
  19. What the f*ck? So this whole "HHH gets traded" crap was fake? What a crock.
  20. Correction. That's a fan rendering of a supposedly legitimate image. Considering that TFN has been batting 1000 thus far, I'm inclined to believe its legit.
  21. Good call on the craptacular mini SDF-1, Guppy. I still remember the sinking feeling I had when I first pulled it out of the styrofoam, and I mumbled "That's...it?" I'd have to rate the Gakken 3" Ride Armor down there too. Here in Canada we didn't get the Matchbox repackaged Gakken toys, so it was a big deal to me when I found an original "Henshin Robo" Ride Armor at the Vancouver airport gift shop. Well, the euphoria started to wear off on the car ride home when I snapped the peg that held the beam rifle in Sticks hand.
  22. Soldner: Secret Wars will be better. Or possibly even Joint Operations
  23. Is that the legendary (and elusive) 1/32 VF-1 model I see? I think it deserves its own thread, don't you guys?
  24. I hear that the M60/LAW class is ridiculously overpowered. Is this true, or is it somewhat balanced out by the other classes?
  25. I think you're right. I don't see any joint for calf/knee rotation. Otherwise, I think it looks ok so far. I'm going to wait for the first reviews before I decide to order one. Graham, is there any chance you'll get to inspect a prototype? That said, I'm not too optimistic about how Yamato will handle the much more complex SV-51 in this scale. Maybe I should just stick to Hasegawa.
