those were billed as 1/18 toys I wonder fif they were upscaled to 1/15 or were already larger than 1/18.

I understand the current feeling about the price but when the current alternative is Captain's 1/72 scale resin models, which is obviously smaller, unbuilt, unarticulated, unpainted cost even more and not to mention sold out, then these seem like a bargain. As someone has stated before, if you don't care for the bells and whistles, buy the old matchbox ones, which are approx. 1/60 in scale already. Not to knock Captain's models. People have to understand that those are handcrafted and manually molded and recasted and are a really high end collectible product that go up in price when resold. I know, I have a few and sold a couple.

I think I'm going to put my Max 1/48 VF-1S away in favor of making a 1/60 scale one to be displayed with the Millia Q-Rau. Maybe you should wait for the 1/60 variations to make yours. Hopefully Yamato would be smart enough to make a Max 1S to go along with the Qrau... maybe even a 2 pack. It's the only valk that goes well with it.

I just took mine off another 1S. I think Silverdragon has 1S head recasting listed on his service. I'm not sure if he does color matching though.

I thnk it's kinda silly for Yamato not to release the obvious schemes like the Max 1S, Max and Kaizaki TV schemes 1As. I mean they're done with the bulk of it and they're obviously just milking the molds and they sell out eventually... it's just crazy.
