  2. thanks alot guys....i totally agree with you, painting is extremely important!!! and the final clear coat is also very essential to the overall product... i went back and put clear flat coats on my previous kits, and man did that make a huge diffrence, even though i didn't do any painting. i wanna give a million thanks to all who gave me compliments and 2 million thanks to those who have given me constructive advise along the way. well i'm hooked on these kits now!!! can't wait for the VF-0D!!! by the way!!! i didn't really how huge this kit is!!! anyway thanks again guys!!!

  4. well, i'm almost finished guys!! just need a few touch-ups and the canopy needs to be applied but other than that here is the finished product.. obviously I took some liberties when it came to the decals but hey!!! it was captured from the enemy this is my first kit involving painting, so tell me what you think, here are some pics

  7. hello, guys just a little taste of the SV-51 here are a few pics
  8. thanks for the advise JLYC yeah everyone tells me about the puttying, and i'm sure i will start to incude that in future kits, but since I am just starting to build kits I.E, these are the first model kits i have ever built besides gundams kits, i am satisfied with my skill level for the moment. i don't have all the time in the world to put weeks into what most people contribute to their kits, but you are right, i will give in eventually. still, i figure they don't look bad for two days work.... to be honest the seams really can't be seen by the naked eye, but really comes up very detailed because i am using a thousand dollar camera that catches every minute flaw and detail. i have arleady begun the SV-51 and this i will inculde painting ect. but no putty still, so far so good. i should be done by tomm. so i will post pics when i am finished thanks for the comments and suggestions guys i have learned alot about building in this forum and i will welcome any comments on the up comming SV-51 alan.
  9. for a comparison check out my VF-0A theard there are pics there
