I'd recommend using PLA (filament) for the large parts and resin for the smaller, more detailed parts. Otherwise it would cost a small fortune to print the entire set in resin at 1/4000 and it would be very heavy. It's difficult to print resin parts so they're hollow yet strong, but it's easy to do that with PLA.
Right, 1/4000 is about 12-18 inches long?
-
Here go all, Looks like it's only 58.6 MB so I can attach it.
Only have the 1/4000, If anyone wants to print it for me for a price send me a DM, getting my resin printer is still a ways off.

I went to download this today but he removed it from both thingiverse and cults. Did anyone download the file, are you willing to share it with me?
I do!
Force of habit from early days on the web, l’ll put a link to mega or google drive here when l get home if it doesn’t violate any rules for everyone else.
I only have the 1/4000 IIRC.

Ok, carry on!
But be advised your slicing program need to be able to scale logically.
Don't listen to me, resin printer will be soon after NAS upgrade -
Why is nobody printing the native 1/4000?

Afraid not, only at wonderfest. I managed to get a really great friend to attend and run around the event to collect these as I couldn't attend.

I feel like I managed to at least collect the 1/48 garlands and figures form Imizu now. The last pieces arrived which was mainly the part II garlands and the new figures he created for part I and part II.
I've seen a few of these pop up in auction listings and sell out for ~200usd already!
Since the 1/48 was on my mind I wanted the condor too in the same scale.
Did you buy from him direct?
-
Oh!
Yeah, Good lord! Nagano might design a stick figure with negative space internally for electronics and hydraulics.
Hurts my brain -
GTM stands for?

"The final price will be at least 3299.99 USD due to the final shipping cost."
Initially announced 12/22/2021🤐😜

I'm hopeful for an all-opaque version of this. I like the buster, but not the translucent amber plastic.
I think they were going for this translucent look from the movie.
Heck, I love the KOG so much I signed up for Volk's GL or whatever it's called so I can get one of each
Just hope no issues getting them shipped to the USA.
-
I usually only follow Macross World if it is related to Macross or Megazone.
I am now following this thread.
This release from Volks will be epic!
-
Totally Jealous!
I'll never have a color cast kit
DM me if you have one for sale -
I'll never build all the things I got
Sometimes the best part is looking at the pieces and enjoying the engineering. -
Wow, those are cast in colored resin.
Congrats! That is quite an accomplishment scoring those especially if you are in the US and never attended WonderFest.
-
This showed up on ebay yesterday, It might be a mistake in listing as no way this monstrosity could be shipped to the US for $60
Lister does mention pickup only so might be one of those vanity or store pickup listings that are common on yahoo japan:

>How much are these kits?
IIRC like $150 USD?
Super Dimension con is coming up, Anyone wanna be a liaison and see if we could get some "Limited Castings For Maniac Fan Convention"
Yes, I know Megazone isn't part of the "Super Dimension" -
Ah yes!
After looking in the feed this is the person that did the "one-coin" transforming Garland in colored resin.
https://twitter.com/imizuhiroshi/status/1059220573413269504?s=20If only if we could organize a group buy ~_^

Yeah, that book is lacking alot.
If really into Megazone bikes follow this person on twitter: @R_AREA2019Lots of good fan made comics obsessing on the Megazone 23 bikes and all variations.

Ugh, and my building of the Andromrda may be done after 9 issues.
Damn, sorry to hear that...
Try Yahoo Japan Auctions or Amazon Japan, I just tried a quick search and found 119:

Also maybe Hachette's mail order service through a proxy? -
I found this:

It has become a great conversation piece, really cool thing to have plumbers and electricians saying: "Is that the Argo, Star Blazers?"
Then I show them the gimmicks, Then tell the the price...
