Awesome! Hey, what about Macross Plus? Any news on a BluRay release? There is a 720p torrent rip of it out there, so where did that come from?

I hope so, I actually just pulled out my Region 2 Box and the audio is only 2ch.

Anybody know if this is right? Or might I have to do some troubleshooting on my av system.

Other dvd's playback perfectly "Dolby Digital, etc."

But in those days you had to factor in the Books Nippan markup (They were the only game in town)

This rich/spoiled kid showed it off in animation class in High School circa 1985/86

He had went to world con and got:

1. Macross the movie Japanese VHS

2. Macross the movie deluxe (Gold book)

3. A bootleg cassette tape of the BGM from the TV series.

4. A bootleg of Macross Mech Grafitti

5. A bunch of flyers for the "Macross Fan club"

Not sure if he had any attention from the ladies after that, But he had mine ~_^

Awesome stuff guys, but we need to figure out how to pull the video off it, so get cracking.

Yeah I would do anything to have this stuff even in 480i.

Problem is the board would have to be tore out of the cell:

Then if the video chip is not on board of the display, a feed would have to be found on the board.

Most likely if this feed was found, it would prob. be fried by sending output to a consumer capture device.

Impossible..........

It worked out of the box of course. But required some tweaking just because I'm obsessive

Attaching wooden legs to allow it to stand upright.

Some of the tracks needed to be cleaned out (Mine was second hand out of a non-smoking parlor)

However just general use will eventually build up oils from your hands on the tracks.
