I think it is INSANE to spend so much money on a toy ( and thats what it is in the end..). Why are people willing to pay more then 5x the retail price? I mean... thats the reason Scalpers exist. Because they know that somwhere, there is a totaly nuts person, who pays whatever they want them to pay. Macross toys are a nice Hobby, but for my part, i will never pay +100$ and more just for a different color scheme and/or head-design. I really want a SV-51, but in no way I'm paying 200$ and more for this. You guys who are buying at these exorbitant prices are the reason these prices even exist. People are moaning about scalpers on ebay, but at the same time, they sell their valks at double the original price or more here on the forum. Or they buy them. Thats kinda hypocritical... sorry if my post is too OT. I get angry evertime i see these kind of auctions..

light painting means you set up your camera with a loooong exposure and take a picture of your object in the dark. during exposing time, u "paint" your object with a flashlight or similar..

"YF's" are as far as i know the prototypes, while "VF" versions are the production types. sadly there is no YF-25 from bandai yet... So far ther are the VF-25S, VF-25F, VF-25G, RVF-25, VF-171Ex, And VF-171 ( relaease end of April) from Bandai Edit: Also there are the YF-29 and the VF-27
