    If a ride armor is $200, I would imagine that the Legioss should be only $150- $175, as it's less intricate in transformation. A Tread then based on scale should be $250-300. Based on what I saw for their offerings on BBTS, they seem to price scale by scale, intricacy, then licensing.

    K so I only have DBZ Figuarts. As far as body frame is concerned Piccolo is a fit- he has the height. What other Figuarts figures are the same size? I had to take out the barbell peg from Sticks head. The ball on Piccolo's frame is too small in contrast. But some kind 9f filler could make it work maybe?

    I had gotten a suggestion to use the figuarts blanks as a base figure and DIW, but further research seemed they wouldn't fit the ride armors.

    Funny you say that; I always correlated the 171 to the legioss from the aspects of the way the legs and arms transform.

    I thought the deviance in the depictions of the valks and characters were in preparation for them to lose their claim to SDF Macross. The art is crap anyway, so it doesn't matter.

    The legioss looks great. High hopes for a Tread to follow. On a side note: Anyone working on non armored/ plainclothes Stick and co figures to use the Riobot heads on?

    Sorry. When you mentioned a lack of Sentinel wanting to converse on MOSPEADA; I thought the worst and my mind went to the ride armors first. I'd love a Sentinel Legioss and Tread, but if something should happen; I'd at least want the Yellow Ride Armor to make it out.

    But in 2019? It's more of a willful ignorance by the audience now, dont you think? What's HGs real plan for the next 5-10 years except for the same old? I dont see that LAM taking off. I was really joking in large part of my prior post- but I do believe; whole heartedly that the RT fanbase is somewhat lazy and unengaged in contrast to a Macross or TF fan. It's easier to settle for whats given to you instead of what you really want. As the customer/ fan; I can settle for the Kitzconcept 1S. Or I can acknowledge deep down that I cannot have a 1S without a strike cannon at/ near that scale; so I have to aim higher and get an Arcadia. But that's me now.

    Many reasons- imho and some observation; A) some are not really forward thinking as far as story and character development. If "Rick Hunter" doesnt even get a mention- the series is over. B) some are cheap and prefer older merch only/ mainly. Or lower end newer merch that breaks. They're not excited about a new VF-31 or the intricacy a similar collectable entails. Hell; HG is still pushing coffee mugs and hats from 2002 at a reduced rate. C) or it's too hard to break away from what's easy. Macross is super diverse from many facets. Robotech fans couldn't handle the level of range; from 7 to Frontier, etc. Repeat, slight tweak, reuse, repack the same old; stay in the bubble. They say they want something new and different; but do they really? No. I don't think so. I could go on, but will decide not too.
