  1. Very well argumented
  2. Comparing the VF-27 with the YF-29 (from which the VF-25 is made after) I think the YF-27 has better fitting and plastic quality and the joints aren’t any worse IMO. All that + the reasons David, Takatoys and Vifam7 pointed out let us with not so many possibilities for a V.2.
  3. Yeah, just in case there's anybody around still thinking the V.1 was alright Images from Hobby Stock.
  4. That. This is such a great toy.

    SCOOP thread!

For all of you lucky guys that have the 1/2000 SDF-1 kit and didn't know how to display it because of the lack of good 1/2000 VF-1s, here you are: Some more interesting stuff here: http://www.yamato-toys.com/event/201107/?infolnk=index_pickup
  6. Beauty under construction! Source: http://www.yamato-toys.com/event/201107/img/night.jpg
  7. Yes, I had noticed them but I'm afraid there's not enough information about this fast pack to judge. This is all the line art there is AFAIK:
  8. I know some of you will think this is probably too much Source: http://ga.sbcr.jp/mreport/017617/
  9. According to Macross Compendium (http://macross.anime.net/wiki/YF-29_Durandal) the super pack are High-output Fold Wave projectors with an added Two Micro-missile launchers located in wing tip pods and a chemical rocket engine to counter the increased weight from the space equipment. Hi Ignacio, I'd like to ask you how do you deal with Customs in Argentina when your stuff is sent via EMS?
  10. It does look great! As it is it should hold up well for this is a light bird... With all the extra packs I just don't know, I guess it's just to wait and see...
  11. That's true
  12. Nice finding, CF18! It's really looking good, I only hope it's not Bandai's photoshop job again! You're not alone.
  13. I agree. The DX VF-25 V.2 may look better than the V.1 but if we can take the YF-29 as a predecessor of it all the mentioned weaknesses of the first version will still be there –only that this time built of a lighter and thinner plastic, which doesn’t seem to be any stronger. Talking about Anime Export, I think they have very reasonable prices and the service is nice and efficient.

I don't think this qualifies as a toy but what the hell! http://www.yamato-toys.com/dev/release_099/index.html?infolnk=index http://www.yamato-toys.com/items/detail.php?gid=1921 As you can see guys this is not just a Tachibana helmet... Yamato + MFrontier licence finally? You tell me.
  15. A bit taller in battroig mode:
  16. It must be. This kind of QC issues are very unfortunate, the good news are you’ll be able to work it out.
  17. That's true!

  19. Great posing, beautiful picture!
  20. Very nice paint scheme. Another good example that sometimes less is more. Thanks for sharing!
  21. Yes, IMO that's what they did.
  22. In terms of build and quality I'd say the VF-19.
  23. Don't worry, if you need some extra place just send it to me!
