    They did a fine job with the Orcs, but the CG-look on everything else just looks so fake. Even the real sets have a phony look about them. I don't see how people can get immersed in this stuff. I don't buy any of it. And I'm saying this as a fan of the franchise.

    Beaten to the punch on the new trailer. A lot of great new footage in there. Maybe too many good shots; I think I would have rather have seen some of that in the theater. I also don't think it's as well crafted as the main trailer. No, and not sure why you thought they were. They publicly released the names of the planets back in the spring.

    Two words: Kill Bill. High on style with classic homages everywhere, but not actually a good film. Django Unchained was a bit of that for me, too.

    MOAR CGI! Seriously, if you're going to make it impossible for me to suspend my disbelief by putting that much CG into it, you might as well just make it an animated film.

    Quantum was boring; what I'm reading about SPECTRE is that it's heavy on spectacle and light on character and depth (which is the opposite of what Craig's Bond has been). I'm torn on whether to see this in the theater or wait to get it from Netflix.

    I'm not concerned about a gay love triangle in Delta, I'm concerned about what ignorant comments might come out of some people's mouths regarding one in this thread. That was my reasoning.

    If Delta is good, it's good; if it's not, it's not--regardless of the niche it's trying to fit into. It could very well be a serious, gritty war drama that falls flat on its face and sucks. Who knows, we've seen so little. If it's stupid we'll know within the next few months.

    I could be wrong, Jasonc, but I recall everyone going bonkers over Frontier footage when it came out.

    The Zentradi mecha in the trailer could be a total red herring. It could be from video footage, a training simulator, or even a video game within the show itself.

    Wild guess: the NUNS show up on the planet as a defensive force against... something... and come into conflict with the local colonial government (monarchy?) that doesn't want them there. Seems topical and could fit what we've seen so far.
