The Tomahawk has always been my favorite destroid. It looks so cool, bristling with all those armaments. Can't wait to preorder them. Might get two or three. The color does look a bit odd, though. Somewhere between grey and a very light lavender? I'd be happy with it regardless.

For anyone who's been picking up the Star Wars 40th Anniversary Black Series figures on the retro Kenner cards.. which protective cases are you using, if any? I have a set of these figures that I intend to put on display on my wall, but I'd like to put them in some clear cases first. Which ones fit these cards? Anybody know? -

No other Macross toy line has given us the opportunity to collect such a wide range of characters and mecha. Previously only model kits offered that kind of variety. For that reason, I'm in the for the long haul with Macross Hi-Metal R.

We need a TV Roy and Max, Kakizaki, and some Zentran/Meltran Figuarts for them to go up against.

That'd be cool! It's just too bad that translucent plastic tends to be very brittle. I'd constantly be worried about the figures exploding in my hands.

No pilot assigned to a VF-1S is cannon fodder. At least, I wouldn't think so. Carry on.

Don't forget some S.H. Figuarts Zentran/Meltran characters and foot soldiers. We need those too. Kamjin needs several facial expressions. Actually, while I'm thinking about it.. I wouldn't mind S.H. Figuarts figures of the human characters too. No, they wouldn't be in scale with the rest but I'd buy them.

Also need a Focker VF-1S TV version, VF-1D Trainer with Hikaru and Minmay, VF-1J Cannon Fodder.

Sometimes I wish these figures would be produced in a larger scale like 1/60. Then I realize that I wouldn't be able to afford them all and that the likelihood of getting larger pieces would go down drastically because of the larger scale. I'm all in with the 1/100 scale, consequently.
