Very cool. I absolutely love the M.A.S.K. theme. But as far as 80's coolness goes (seems like an oxymoron), Galaxy Rangers gets my vote.

That's a whole lotta surgery.

Here's something I stumbled across that I figured belongs in this thread.

Nevermind.
Ditto.

Isn't he the TRU exclusive repaint of Silverbolt? You found him for $10?
Bummer. My local TRU still had him full price. I did nab a Leader class Animated figure for $20.Yup. -
Stick's doesn't so I'm pretty sure Ley's bike can't steer.Saw both review of the Beagle. I'm quite impress! Especially, the improvements done on the Ley. However, the vid did not show whether the stearing can be done in bike mode of course??
Yep. I couldn't be happier with my Toynami Cyclone. If somebody's overpaying for them, they're just not looking hard enough.Where the hell do you people buy your toys? Get the Toynami version, it's less than $200. The Beagle Stick was even on sale at HLJ for less than $200 shipped at one point. I don't think anyone ever paid $300 for one of these toys. -
How are your local stores holding with stock on ROTF toys?
In Jersey, deluxe Bumblebee is rare. I only saw one HA Bumblebee once. I bought it and haven't seen that figure in stores since. Leader Prime and Megs are easily available...especially Megs. Sideswipe seems to be selling well. Not seeing too many of those on pegs. Saw voyager Megatron once...never again. Voyager Optimus is only a little easier to find. Starscream and the Constructicons are warming shelves. Jetfire is too new to know for sure, but I saw plenty of those recently. There are plenty of ghetto twins and Ravages on pegs.
Those are the only ones I recall at the moment.

I shall now praise Takara-Tomy to the sky; not only for reissuing an Autobot that I never had as a child, but for giving him a beautiful new head sculpt.... or... was that how it always was?
Looks just like the oringinal...except for the blue visor. I'm almost positive the original was red.

I meant the leg armor worn by the rider... those oversized boots. Not sure what you mean by leg armor, I only see the front of the cycles which make the chest armor. -
I thought it was Floro Dery that designed Skyfire.Didn't he already do it and they named it skyfire? -
Yep...and in both modes, which makes no sense.
-
I picked up the first wave Snake Eyes and Stormshadow 3.75" figures. Stormshadow looks like a decent representation of his movie self. Snake Eyes...not so much.
The 12" figures of these guys was also available, but I passed. Normally, I'll snatch up anything ninja related. But it seems the small figures are much better-looking.

Looking at your Rand pic, I noticed that part of the Cyclone's line art is copy/pasted. From the leg armor down, both cycles seem to be virtually identical.I think I found a Toynami mistake. At least it should be considered one.You know how the RB MPC packages make one big picture when you put them all together, ie Ricks elbow is actually seen on the Ben spine? (see ref pic below)
Well with these ride-armors I noticed first that I did not like the art of Rand's arm going for his gun at all, looks awkward to me. Second I noticed the 'collectable card' art that came with it and saw that Scott's cycle should be well into Rand's frame, covering that awkward arm, making a much better scene when all stacked together.
I have to think this is an error, or poor judgement, and for the first time I am disappointed in the MPC packaging . . .

Tengu must mean "Xenomorph blood".Must keep this thread alive!Tengu Milk!!!

Now they can do both. Although, I doubt they will. How come Hasbro never commissioned anyone to make a G.I. Joe real-time strategy game to compete with Command & Conquer? That would've been a better idea than this crappy live-action film. -
4 screws? Maybe I goofed, but it was 2 screws the way I did it. The ones that hold the waist together?I tried this last night. It was easy enough, 4 screws, no biggies. -
Trick question. There are no good photos of it in robot mode.Who has a good photo of the new ROTF Jetfire in Robot mode? But seriously...there are a few here.

The only emotions that I can verbalize right now are confusion...and maybe a little fear.

EXO's is customized. The orginal has a deep red plastic-coated fabric. And it's not as form-fitting.Also, looking at Exo's SB, his under suit looks too redish. Wasn't it more maroone? -
Biggest pricetag on a TF I've ever seen...not counting the non-transforming 6 foot tall Optimus.Or you could have bid on Frenzy Rumble's freaking awesome custom... http://www.flickr.com/photos/10842042@N04/3629792337man, it sold for 1,600$...

What he said.I dunno about the writers, I mean they are perfectly capable of writing a solid well liked script. They did do the new Trek after all. I guess I'd say more triple changers, maybe we'd see Springer that way.I doubt the Robot designs will change.
Unicron would be pretty sweet, but I really don't know how that would work. The Dinobots too for that matter
Love them or hate them, I think the human elements is necessary.
Megan Fox content...meh, I don't mind her character, but i don't sit there and drool over her either.
I like Michael Bay...
Mudflap and Skids weren't that bad.
I'm not too savvy on Omega Supreme or Gestalts besides Devastator, so no comment I suppose.
Except for the last two points.
Sideswipe and Sunstreaker would've been better as the movie twins.
And I'd rather not have any more gestalts if they're gonna resemble movie Devastator. Dude's butt-ugly.

Nothing extreme. Aside from the floppiness EXO mentioned, I also saw a reported case of the viewfinder missing the pin that forms its hinge. IIRC, the pin was found somewhere in the box.are there any serious QC issues, like stuff that break by just looking at them or floppiness out of the box?? -
My goodness! That's downright beautiful. The only downside is the big scale differences.

I think her name was Firestar... and yes! That's the show I grew up on. The subsequent shows were all better, but SMAHAF holds a special place in my memories...right below Transformers and Mighty Orbots.Personally, I like the Spiderman and Friends cartoon (friends = Firestorm and Iceman)

Never been banned, but got an infraction on a TF forum. I called another member a jackass. It's strange though. I get the impression that the mod agreed with me. Not only did the member get banned shortly after, but my infraction history showed up as "improper sig" rather than "insulted fellow member".
