I love the 1/48s purely for the size of it. I'm still trying to get my hands on any reasonably priced 1/48 i can get and just want to grow that collection. I currently have 25 1/48s and probably wont stop there if I have a choice

Thanks for sharing your link KiriK. I'm actually planning something similar (most likely same as yours) and was telling my wife that I was inspired by your awesome display set up. I'm hoping to get something up by year end once I've managed to save enough money and see if I can get someone to help me cut off the sides as I know i'll probably screw it up on my own

Mine was a VF4G ~ close to USD400, this still is my most expensive macross figure. None macross would be hot toys tumbler which is around USD500

I have over 20 1/48 valks and am lucky that it doesn't have any problems. I like 1/48 mainly for the size as I'm a pretty big guy myself

Hey kicker, sorry just wanted to ask, is the brown valk custom made? I've never seen that before and i'm quite sure these are all 1/48 valks. anyway, time to save up and get me more 1/48 valks

How come your 1/48 roy is grey, is it the lighting or is this some special variant? Yup guys, its me from MFM and I love 1/48 scale

thanks for that. however i thought the armor pack for the vf171 comes with the extra set of wings. I was going thru the picture and maybe the extra wings is just for the missiles i guess. i'm considering whether or not to buy another set of armor pack for the VF171 CF version

awesome thread and i'm shy to even show my collection. unfortunately missed out on a lot of kickers pictures cos its all removed but judging from the comments, i'm sure its one hell of a collection
