Hello there,

I'm looking for a Bandai DX Chogokin 1/48 VF-1J Ichijo Hikaru.

Is there any difference between the Bandai VF-1J DX Chogokin VF-1J Ichijo Hikaru Store Limited Edition launched last November at Tamashii Store in Tokyo and the old one?

Which one should I choose? (if there are some differences)

Store limited has a different design on the flight stand vs initial one. Also includes 4 AMM-1 which the initial one didn't have.

Store limited is better value since it comes with missiles.

Finally received my copy today, not quite happy about it. The middle cover does not sit flushed no matter how I adjusted it.

If that center panel isn't sitting flush, there's probably something under it propping it up.  There are a couple of folding panels and a battroid support under there, so make sure they're all collapsed correctly.
