Most others are/were available in resin. Just post in the "Wanted" what you want to purchase.

A lot of those kits have been discussed fairly often on this site and even my pathetic search-fu can find references to most of them

And as said put a call out in the wanted section. I'm pretty sure someone has put a list up pretty similar to yours in not so distant past.
