Plastik Missle
http://www.swannysmodels.com/TheCompleteFuture.html Check this out. Lots of neat uses of Future that I've never heard of, and more importantly it lists alot of Future's alternative names in other countries. Gerwalker
Thanks a lot. Good article. Just for the record (and argentine modelers): GloCot has a lot of different formulations. The common type has wax in it's composition so it is no good for modeling. I have yet to try the other varieties but since I have a bottle of the original american stuff I will wait until finish it
Mule
I might just have to break down and give this stuff a shot.
kidkorrupt
good read. the most interesting application is mixing food color in there for tints. before, i only thought about buying pre-made clear colors and airbrushing them on. future's is really great stuff. its been 2 years and im not even 1/4 done with my $6 bottle
Grayson72
Ok wow! I feel like an expert on Future now, I have had issues with it orangepeeling so the techniques for that were particularly helpful. Great find, thanks.
Nied
Has anyone tried that gold tint tip (that's a tounge twister) they recomended? I've always wondered how to get a good gold film on to my canopies.
TER-OR
I've tinted before, and it's worked well. Watercolors work as well.
Commander McBride
On a related note, how is the canopy on the 1/48 removed? I futured it a while ago, but I had to brush it on, and it came out good, but not as good as a dipped canopy.
