The common type has wax in it's composition so it is no good for modeling. I have yet to try the other varieties but since I have a bottle of the original american stuff I will wait until finish it

kidkorrupt Posted October 14, 2003 Posted October 14, 2003 good read. the most interesting application is mixing food color in there for tints. before, i only thought about buying pre-made clear colors and airbrushing them on. future's is really great stuff. its been 2 years and im not even 1/4 done with my $6 bottle

Commander McBride Posted October 21, 2003 Posted October 21, 2003 On a related note, how is the canopy on the 1/48 removed? I futured it a while ago, but I had to brush it on, and it came out good, but not as good as a dipped canopy.
