walterly Posted November 5, 2004 Posted November 5, 2004 Anyone has collected the 1983 DYRL Movie Ticket? -- wally.
Kamion Posted November 6, 2004 Posted November 6, 2004 I don't have the movie ticket but I have the booklet.
walterly Posted November 6, 2004 Author Posted November 6, 2004 I don't have the movie ticket but I have the booklet. Is the movie booklet rare? Or the movie ticket even more rare? -- wally.
nhyone Posted November 6, 2004 Posted November 6, 2004 Is the movie booklet rare? Or the movie ticket even more rare? I don't think I've seen the ticket appear on eBay. Yahoo Japan, maybe. The booklet appears from time to time; US$5 to US$10. My booklet wasn't in mint condition, but it was good enough.
Yoshi Posted November 8, 2004 Posted November 8, 2004 Yeah I have it, if you're talking about the one that was coming with the movie pamphlet. Always wondered how much it was worth...

Roy Fokker Posted December 10, 2004 Posted December 10, 2004 That movie came out when I was barely 4-5 months old!
The6ftTallAZN Posted December 10, 2004 Posted December 10, 2004 (edited) That movie came out two years before I was born. Edited December 10, 2004 by The6ftTallAZN
polidread Posted December 11, 2004 Posted December 11, 2004 well, so has anybody seen the ticket yet? wouldnt it be cool if some old man out there were in possesion of the ticket, not knowing that it had magical powers, like the ticket in Arnold's movie The Last Action Hero , where the ticket could allow the bearer to go into the movie world, and take characters out into the real world.... i'd drag out a life sized Valkyrie if that were true.

AFAIK, the ticket doesn't allow you to go into macross world -- wally.
Commander McBride Posted December 11, 2004 Posted December 11, 2004 Yes it does. Look, we're all in Macross World now!
