That's odd, their customer service was pretty polite and communicative to me. I sent a very kindly worded request for an exchange to them via email with no anger or hostility whatsoever (that was reserved for this board here) and quite a while later all I got back from them was tantamount to a simple "Yeah, return it" with an address to ship it to and a reference number. No apologies, no sympathies, no excuses, no nothing. Very rude and blunt, not what you would expect from a company that "cares" about their customer base. I sent my busted ass toy to them last week along with a nice hostile letter (their almost "automated reply" brevity and tone just broke the f'ing dam for me) and USPS says they delivered it last week and still no word from them as to the status of my return. Either I got the crappiest toy of the line and then dealt with the crappiest online customer service person they employ and now my toy sits in limbo due to some internal organizational error... or they have more issues with their company than just their toys. As I said a looooooong time ago in this thread, I've had other bad toys but this entire experience is just a beast from hell to me. Never, never, never will I buy another one of their products as long as I live. And if they are reading my responses to this torked toy of mine get off your ass and process my exchange! That's weird I didn't get a reference number just an address. I hope mine doesn't get lost in buracratic limbo. me too. they told me to send and copy of the recpiet of whre i got it from, copy of the email and the toy it self.

My hands wre all jacked up too. I ended up gluing them in a fixed pose and popping them off for transformation before I finally got pissed and sent it back to Toynami. you can do it that? What do you have to do?

god i'm so frustrated. My hand broke. The index finger snapped randomly. So i decied to take out some super glue and do an operation. But I ended up gluing the metal rod to the finger joint. THen I took a thumbtack and got it out. But then it became all awkward and over sized. SO itred it again and it doesn't stick because theres already a coat of glue on it. dammit... I really liked this toy. I wish there was a MPC parts and service...

add another one: I haven't even transformed it that much, but today when i tried to, I noticed my fingers bending back more than usual and then i noticed its broken. So i guess its time to spend some money on super glue. got dammit.

welp i just picked up mine. i'm pretty pleased with the toy. the size doesn't bother me at all. I just had trouble figuring out with hatches open and which don't. Paint job on mine looks fine. I had trouble opening some stuff but nothing a knife couldn't fix. The gun sucks..it doesn't stay on and i can't pose it. Only thing i wish is i wish the missles looked more articulated. It looks like a bunch of colored dots. From the protos, i was expected missels that looks like missles. I wished it protured and it was round, you know what i'm talking about? and also, like everyone else, the leg and arm missles aren't even there all the way. its open half way...but over all, its really impressive and ican't wait for future releases in the alpha new generation mpc series. I hope they make the cyclones. and I'm pretty sure we can expect the beta to come out.

gah, stupid university office. the tracking said it came but the persona t the desk said the check my box. nothing was there. it better have been delivered to the right place can't wait to see it. i have a feeling i may be disappoitned..

after reading hte reviews.. I've definately concluded it wasn't worth the $80, however, most of the QC problems i can let go. does any one know if the clear display stand would work with this? considering the landing gears are completely useless

Reason being is that I've personally dealt with the company that sponsers this (Gratis) and I've done something similar to this. I heard they credit you within 1-3days. 5)once you sign up and I see that you've signed up on my reffeals list, I'll add you to the Master List which I will create if anyone actually pays attention to this and does it. Just PM me your email addres that you used to sign up for, and once i verify it, i'll put you on the list. 6) Once Mine is done I'll take my name down and bump up the next person. I'll contine you contac the people on the list making sure i keep track of who's done and who's not. Simple? shouldn't it be expect to be shorter? the alphas are in 1/55 while the valks are in 1/48. so the tread would be short since its wouldn't be in 1/48, it would be in 1/55. i think..

that is pretty small, but i suppose it should be since in real life, the alpha/legioss is like 8 meters tall or something edit 8.75m to be exact. i guess its small size is due to the fact that its not relly complete without the beta/tread. it does look wayy bigger with the tread. and the tread is pretty huge..i think its about a meter or so above the valks. i can't wait to see if they're ognna put those out.. btw, were there red and green treads as well? i think tehre were green but i never saw a red...

the approx. size of these things are like...6inches right?

you onlu control ride armors in this? so no alphas?

i never realized how small the legioss is compared to a valk. the valk has a good 4 meters to the alpha. makes me feel better about how small the mpc alpha will be.

aren't those toys suppose to be the q-rau and the Nousjadeul-Ger? if so then, i wouldn't mind a Nousjadeul-Ger from yamato...or atleast a better looking one. but you are right about the neccessity of these things..

I'm contemplating on selling some RT toys I dont like. Namely the 'power armour'. It doesn't seem like I need anymore since the q-rau's from yamato are out do you think its worth keeping?

You think they'll ever do a green kakizaki or go on with the TV style max and CF? The reason i'm asking is that it would be nice to own those valks, however as it stand right now, they can only be custom jobs, and i don't wanna end up paying alot of money for something that may come out later. I wouldn't see why not, but I haven't heard of any news from the 1/48 line...so I was just curious as to see what the genral idea was..
