  1. now here i am, buying all three and i hear that they're fragile and small. are they worth buying? i dont think S. Bernard comes with his gun pods...which is dissappointing.. i duno.
  2. Right now.. I'm gonna go with the bandai 1/55 first, since they're cheaper. I'm getting the rarest, max and millia first. I'm bidding on max and millia set + super armor right now. i think i should win it. its up to 225 right now. then i'll go for the super skull, and then the rest. Nowadays, i've seen the vf-1j brown for like...25 bones. so i'm thinking of getting like a bunch of those, to make a small fleet. then i'll get the rest later. then i'm gonna worl on the yamato's 1/48. mybe one every...3 months or something. i duno, i may wait to see what else will come out..or what deals they might have. I admit that the yamatos are very very good looking. i want the bandais for toughness and durability. and i want the yamatos for beauty and for display..and just too have. in terms of 1.60, i duno. i'm not comfortable with the legs coming off. everything else will have to wait until i can collect all my vintage mospeada toys. i think i got all the cyclones mint in the box. 1 green mint. blue is used. and i'm looking for red. i want blue and red mint. then i'll wait for a possile release of mospeada toys. and burn my money on that. \ thank you for your input everyone.
  3. I saw how the vf-1s changed...and i notcied that the legs did some funky things. its like...it became totally out there and independent from the rest of the body and swang up around and became a battoid. now..i remeber someone mentioned that in actualilty the yamatos 1/60 are the closetset to the real tranformation. So is taht the way that the 1/60s transform...or do you totally detact the legs and reattact them. if there is a picture to be found then...taht'll help. =)
  4. Is seems as tho the general idea is that, if you want a macross toy with all around benefits to it, you go for the yamatos? consdering that the 1/48 are out and perfect transformation. so...if i wanted to buy other planes from other macross series...then i should buy from yamato too, correct? and if so, are they perfect transformation as well? i kinda wanted to know, which ones in the yamato line are perect tranformation and which arent. thanks.
  5. okay, so the sdf-1 series is obviously easy. but i'm having trouble on sorting out which ones are from what series among the Macross II, Macross PLus, macross 7 and macross zero. for example,i duno where the Vf-11B or 19a or whatever goes where and which and why its labled b and a. can some one help?
  6. oh so i was mistaken. i thought all yamatos had to take the legs off to transform it. that was really unnatravtive for me. but for the 1/48 scale, you don't? so thers no hope in the bandai milla and max upgrades. that sucks. Are the yamato's good for play? i mean, from what i heard...mpc are made of plastic that feels like they're gonna break while bandai's are a bit better. what yamatos made of? i kno they look really good tho. ---- holy crap. i just looked at ebay for some 1.48's and they're pretty damn pricy. geeeesh.
  7. Is MPC worth the price plus the fastpacks? Is bandai ever gonna continue to the Milla and Max super upgrades? yamato looks great but i don't like that its not perfect transformation...
