  1. I thought that same thing but I haven't seen anything close in his artwork. The original plaque was made from a patch and design on the back of a t-shirt.
  2. I paint the Navy version of this plaque for $75.00 I can easily make it a Macross plaque. Scot
  3. For those who don't know what an Aviation Ordnancemen is. They are the men and women who load the missles and bombs on military aircraft. This is a plaque design that I paint for Aviation Ordnancemen in the U.S. Navy. With a Macross twist. Enjoy. Scot B)
  4. This is the last one I'll post for a while. It's of Max. The reason why? All my other drawings from 1988 contain THE "R" WORD!!! Sorry here in the US that is the only way I ever came to know Macross. Scot
  5. That would make a beautiful model. Do you plan on mass production? Scot
  6. Does anyone know what is the largest scale Macross kit would be? In other words is there a 1/32 scale VF-1D? Scot
  7. This is another one of my Macross drawings when I was 18 years old. I'll post others as I find more in this old box of stuff I had stashed away since 1988. Scot
  8. If you are using a can of propell you need to set it in a bowl of warm water. As the propell is used the can cools down and the presure drops. Make sure to start spraying from left to right 2 or 3 inches to the front of the kit and don't stop till you pass the end of the kit. This will keep spit out down to a minimum. Spray from a distance of 8 - 10 inches and watch out for runs in the paint. If you plan on applying decals to the hull or any part make sure you are spraying a gloss paint so that the decal won't silver over. after the decals are applied you can spray a Flat (Dull/Matt) Clear Coat over the gloss and the decals will look like they were painted on. Even a cheap air brush is better than a spray can if it is used properly. Practice on something you don't mind messing up first so your ship isn't ruined. Hope this helps. Scot
  9. Hello, I have 2 Macross books and was wondering if they have any value? They are small books made by an AM JuJu Both are featuring Lynn Minmay. I would say they are in Mint to Near Mint condition. Let me know what you think. I've had them for several years. Scot
  10. I think I'm going to crawl in a hole and cry. I've heard that it cost a lot more now but I was thinking more like $40.00 or $50.00. OH WELL, Anyone interested in the box? Just kidding. I like the artwork. B)
  11. Here is the one kit that I really wished I would have kept unbuilt till I became better at model building. I don't have the model anymore but I still have the box. Scot
  12. When I made this drawing I don't think there was anything called Super Deformed. I'll see if I can come up with more Zentradi SD stuff. I know this is a TABOO Word but. ROBOTECH was my favorite anime back in the mid 80's. HECK!! I think it was the only anime after Star Blazers and G-Force. Since then Macross and Akira are my favorite. Scot
  13. Here is my first attempt at drawing Lisa / Misa hayes back in 1988. Enjoy
  14. I made this drawing back in 1988 while I was living in Dayton Ohio. I hope you like it. Scot
