"Above and Beyond" was cool as well as "Earth 2" I think they both were taken off the air due to the fact that they both really didn't go anywhere. Now Star Gate SG-1, THAT's REALLY COOL!!

Sorry for my poor gramer but it's spelled "contracts" not "contracks". Public Education at it's best.
-
Well....This might be streching it a bit but, maybe they are made of an exotic material that stretches and contracks as it spins reeeeaaaallllyyy fast.

This is what I was talking about. I don't think that those blades will turn at all. I will still watch the show though. Scot

I hate to say it, But the new Vipers are poorly done. The Front blades to the engines look like a solid piece of plastic and the intakes are the wrong shape on the inside next to the blades. Scot

Hey Guys, Here is a photo of my Viper. I was at a friends house as he was cleaning out his garage and he was pitching this piece of crap in the trash. It was build but not painted, decals were pealing off, and it was covered with garage grease and grime. When I took it off his hads it was 1990. That made it about 11 years old then. I broke the glues seams and rebuilt it. After about 3 weeks of restoration This is my finished Model

UAV's like Global Hawk are preprogrammed and sent on recon missions. UAV's like Predator are piloted by remote as well as the UCAV. I don't think we want something to happen like in that old Chevy Chase movie "Deal of the Century" UCAV's have to have a human responsible for pulling the trigger. I wouldn't want one to mistake a Jetliner for a bomber or a private plane for a fighter.

If you check out the link I posted to the X-45 you can see photos of the real thing flying. The white X-45 is about 1/3 the size of the finished production UCAV.
-
They have the X-45 at the U.S. Air Force Museum in Dayton, Ohio right now. Or at last the Prototype. They're Piloted by remote like the Predator Drones but with a little more bite. UCAV's are just an extention of air combat in the future they will be the first in to take out enemy fighters and early warning radar. Then you will see the F-117's followed by F-22's and F/A-18's. Then there's the Big Guys B-1B's, B-52H's, and B-2 Spirits that will mop up the rest. They all are piloted, the UCAV's just have a guy sitting in front of a monitor eating a Sub Sandwich and Drinking a Slushie. Just kidding, It will be like flying a simulator though. Scot

Here is the Boeing UCAV X-45 B)

OK, Then we need the original company to produce the new show or who ever has the rights to the show.

Although Rodak had a corny mask I thought his ship was pretty cool. Just think, This was the Power Rangers of our day. Kids today would never think that Shows like the Power Rangers were an OLD IDEA!! I think that Giant Robot, Ultraman and Space Giants were amazing for the time they were made. Maybe the original creator of the show could produce an updated version for the new generation. B)

Now all we need is some screen shots posted. Anyone have this show on video? Scot

I remember a show about a family where the Father was a Gold Robot and the Wife and Son were humans with antenna. All three could change into Rockets and fight someone in a Black Manta-Ray Space Ship. Does anyone else remember this show? Scot

Only "REAL MODELERS" know where to find all the cool stuff. Just kidding, all you need is the internet and Dogpile.com Scot

I think that if you want 1/48 Scale Runway or Tarmac you could goto: http://www.verlinden-productions.com/index.html They have everything like that. Here is the link to the Tarmac: http://www.verlinden-productions.com/vp_ht...0400/vp0039.htm http://www.verlinden-productions.com/vp_ht...2000/vp1632.htm http://www.verlinden-productions.com/vp_ht...2000/vp1634.htm http://www.verlinden-productions.com/vp_ht...0400/vp0034.htm Tarmac looks almost like Runway. You might be able to add yellow and white lines to it to make it more realistic. Scot

Does anyone know how to remove paint from a toy that was painted by a kid who was trying to make it look more accurate but ended up ruining a $100.00 collectors item. At the time it wasn't a collectable but now that it is I would like to restore it. What is it? A Matchbox Legioss/Alpha Fighter HELP ME!! Scot

OK, I'm wrong. Sorry

The Revell kit if I remember was about 12 inches tall. I could be wrong but it was very large. If you find one on Ebay it is very expensive and you'll have to fight at the last minute to out bid the others. I'm slowly collecting the models I had when I was a kid and someday the factory WILL BE MINE!!! Scot
-
I built a few of these and they are smaller than you think. The factory it's self is about 8 to 10 inches tall. If you can find the Revell R******H Factory, NOW THAT IS HUGE!!!! Sorry but I can't say the R word here. I built it back in 1987 and I wish I didn't let my mother clean my room that day. Bad memories. Scot
-
How much would you charge for a kit? Hopefully you still have the Resin RTV Molds.

That the Official Ordnancemen Motto. Just like the Strategic Air Command "Peace is our Profession" I like the Latin "Si Vis Pacem, Parabellum" "If you wish for peace, Prepare for war"
