I just fell in love with this line.

It is like something you can feel very comfortable playing without the fear of dropping it to the ground by accident and losing a good amount of money.

I need to put them side by side the VF-1S and the Armored VF-1J and see how much the difference in whites pop next to each other.

First time ordering at Nin-nin game. Took the plunge and preordered de upcoming Vermillion team VF-1A and decided to get a random product to see how the thing goes before paying for the preorders.

Payment has cleared and it is showing showing "preparation in progress" since May 24. It says in the order mail that processing may take from 2 to 4 days.

Just wanted to know if this is normal for them since I'm used to HLJ sometimes take a bit long to proccess shipping orders.

Last night was playing around with my VF-1D and realized you can pop the chest plate and maybe use one from a regular VF to fit the armor just for the pictures.

I would try to do that but my first revival should be arriving next week.

Also was trying to find a way to remove the whole cockpit area to recreate the Yamato gimick but it seems to be super glued. I seem not to find any screws.

You could put the TV GBP on your TV VF-1S from time to time.  I got to check out how that looks too.  It will be interesting if Bandai releases all future Valkyries in the same bright white and ditches the grey or other types of white.

My plan was to display one VF-1S with the VF-0S.

One Armored VF-1J with the Super VF-1S

And now that we are getting a full Vermillion team I needed a VF-1J to complete the team.

A still would need a VF-1S to pair it with the VF-1D tho.

These things being relatively cheap allow to go for full team displays without losing an eye or a kidney 😂

Jesus, didn't knew Bandai was mess at deciding what to release and in what particular order.

Anyways, I went and grabbed an other GBP revival just in case.

Don't want to end with mixed shades of white if a revival or a specific TV VF-1J never gets released.

Luckily Bandai will keep consistent with the shade of white in the DX line 😂

Still, it’s not only if the white of the standalone HMR 1J will match the rest of upcoming Vermillion team, but the cockpit tints greatly differ as well.
The standalone 1J has a very blue cockpit tint, as opposed to grey/black, so it will stick out like a sore thumb if intend to display the whole team in Fighter together.

This is getting wild. I still remember the days if the old Yamato V.2 releases. I ended with multiple VF-1S after they started releasing the TV series valks.

Never liked the Strike Parts on the bright white TV series like Arcadia did.

Wasn't aware of that one. The only 3 I know are the original Hi Metal release, the one in the GBP bundle and the Hi Metal R stand alone. Is the last one the one you are referring to?

That makes me think about passing on the original release and get a second revival to have a naked VF-1J for the upcoming Vermillion team since those will be bright too I guess. I will end with an unused GBP armor tho.

Need to dig our the Yamato V.1. from where ever it is in storage for a group shot.

As far as I know only these 4 are the only official releases of a transforming VF-1D toys of the Macross series plus the Virgin road.
