Got my AE notice to pay for shipping but they also noted that they have holidays Thursday and Friday, so looks like I'll be waiting for mine to ship now that it's paid.
-
I love my old Playmates large ships, so I'll take more of those.

Love seeing the difference in orange between the three.

I ordered from AE. There should be a checkbox there and, if not, there is usually a "select all items" button at the bottom.
-
AE is now shipping.

Luna Park is saying they have in stock ready to ship, but that may just be default language: https://www.lunapark.store/product-page/dx-chogokin-vf-1d-valkyrie-fan-racer-japan-version p-bandai page still showing 7/19 https://p-bandai.jp/item/item-1000152176/?orgurl=http%3A%2F%2Fp-bandai.jp%3A8443%2Ftamashiiwebshouten%2Fitem-1000152176%2F

I got the 1/48s to set up with the plethora of 1/48 Mospeada stuff, but the oversized are decent for posing with the CM's, Megahouse, and (when they release) B2.FIVEs. I already pose the Matchbox ones above, so this would just be a variation.

The B2.FIVEs are going to be 1/28, so they should scale perfectly with the smaller "oversized" if that gets made. At this point, it appears unlikely, given we're not near the minimum number of orders (200) to get the smaller "oversized".

I can probably work something up once I get some client work done, but the 1/23 is roughly the size of the old Matchbox shocktrooper and the 1/28 is roughly the size of the Matchbox "scout". Here's my Matchbox invid with the Megahouse (a little bigger than the CM's) on the right and the Sentinel on the left. So defdinitely won't work well with the Sentinels but should look pretty good with the CM's (or even better with the B2.FIVEs).

Yeah, not unless we have a lot more folks come in shortly.

I POed them. Considered POing two each for the modes, but may wait to see if B2.FIVE put up theirs too (if I don't have to buy Toynami-labeled crap twice, I'd prefer that).

It definitely takes away from I don't usually have issues with gender swaps, but pushing multiple characters into a single role is just unnecessary.

I forgot about this coming up but have been re-reading the novels (did Foundation through Foundation and Earth, plus Robots of Dawn, Robots & Empire, and the short story collection by other folks Foundation's Friends). I am now most of the way through the first prequel Prelude to Foundation, so it is interesting to see what they do with the property. While a lot of action happens "off screen" in the books, it shouldn't be difficult for them to milk that action (especially since they can go detailed).

Still playing, though mostly with friends on discord now. Here's a part of my old D&D book collection: I have a ton of TTRPGs and other board games (including a lot of old Avalon Hill games). My pictures from earlier in the thread all seem to have broken links for some reason.

I'm not a model guy, but I had to PO Set 1, even if it means I have to put them together terribly.

Kitz Concept Toy Thread 2.0
vladykins replied to Stampeed Valkyrie's topic in Anime or Science Fiction
Yeah- the Battletech folks just gave an update on our Wave 2 Clan kickstarter stuff- they talked about how one of the ships that was supposed to pick up their containers just kept going past and never went into port, leaving all the folks with containers for that ship scrambling to get their stuff on another ship (at crazy extortionate prices). Between covid slow downs and that whole Suez blocking thing, shipping is so backed up and screwed up that it isn't funny.- 2617 replies

Who doesn't want three Hemmoroids? -
@jenius noted in his review that they look like they have attachment points on the leg for a tread, along with the display arm for fighter mode looking like a tread connection. But nobody has seen any prototypes and such yet. I'll be happy just to get an indication of PO for the Houquet ride armor soon.
