Seems like not transformable?

Going to get some strikes ... Hard to find them in Sg. Anyone here knows exactly how HLJ shipping cost is like? I mean by size, by weight or ...? My friend says that shipping from Japan is effected by both size and weight ... How can we figure out what is the optium size/ weight ratio? Anyone?

Haiz .. Had the same problem ... I bought a VF-1A Max to replace the hinge. Now the 1A dun have backpack attached.

I think someone made the true transformation out of a 1/71 Hasegawa model, in the old forum ... That was a really kick ass mod IMHO. Dun know can find it in the new forum or not.

Yup, its a perfect fit ... ... Its better to chose VE-1, cos the colour is closer.

I would prefer FP which acts more like addition amour to the VF and as fuel packs... ... Colour would more like the low vis, so that it looks more like the modern fighter planes. Guess would look something like the VF-21 fp ... but do make themm bigger, the VF-21 fp seems way too small imho.

I dun think I would sell away mine ... Its the only scale I think have $$ to collect for the whole range. <_< Its about $200 (SGD) per 1/48 ... that's too ex for me to keep the whole range of them. But I think I will get the VF-1J cos its my fav. The only wish is that they will make the 1/60 line "perfect transformation" also.

My Yamatos : 1/48 = 1 - VF-1S x 1 1/60 = 11 - VF-1A x 4, VF-1J x 3, VF-1S x 1, VD-1 x 1, VE-1 x 1, VT-1 x 1 1/72 = 2 - YF-21 x 1, VF-11B x 1
