I was watching Trigun the other day and was wondering...Since Vash and Knives aren't Human...what the hell are they? I have an idea but wanted to hear what some of your ideas are.

I just watched battle royal movie 1 special edition. All I can say is HOLY CRAP! very cool stuff. My wife even liked it. Can't wait to watch the second movie later this week. Think I might pick up the manga too. Anybody else a fan of Battle Royal here? They so need to make an anime of this.

Why not just get the Armd measurements from Kishimoto's. I don't think it would be too tough for someone of your skill to scratch build ARMD arms for the 1/3000 macross. there's still going to be other differences though. I've thought about doing this myself but I don't currently have a SDF-1 to put the arms on. Gotta find a cheap one.

like on the inside? No I mean the other side that we leave open for the DVD's to slide in. take a look at some of the Box sets you've bought at best buy that have only 1 disk in them. They always either fill up the empty space with foam or they add an insert piece of cardboard. I'm saying we should have paul make the insert to cover all of the DVD's inside Leave a half moon cut in the edge to allow your finger to help pull it out. By doing this we end up with an additional panel that we can have art on. thus elemenating the problem of Sharon vs. desert. Like this xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx x xxx x x x x x x PIC of Sharon x x x x x x x x xxx x xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx * * Fold vertically where the stars are located this creates a tab on each side to slide b/w DVD and the wall of the box. Now you have an additional panal for sharons pic.

I think I still currently like the Desert image better. But I think that the merge has possibilities. Could anybody ask Paul what additional cost would be for a insert for the opposite spine. By doing so all sides would be finished except the bottom. Just a simple insert so its not like it'd be too tough.

I like this one best. gotta have the flying hand as the spine. If someone mentions macross plus this is always the first image that comes to mind. Like the new sides and top. forget sharon unless we can add an additional slip piece to hold the DVD's in the box (think Full metal box set that only includes first disk. Just a folded up piece of cardboard that has some pics on the spine. If this were made out of the same material as the rest of the box I think it would look pretty awsome to have Sharon on the false spine.

I really hope they make a low viz one....I hate that pinkish color on it.

I heard that these actually learn to converse like a furby. One of the local store owners just placed his in front of a speaker whenever he played anime and it learned some words. I think he said that it learned Baka from Ranma 1/2.

I'd really like to see the numbers for the bandai reissue. Or maybe the #'s of us that have original Joke machines that were store bought, vs JM's that were bought second hand and what we paid, vs Rohby recast's #'s. Maybe bandai will realize that there is a macross market.

Broke down and bought Gravion on a whim. Watched the first DVD's worth of episodes and its kinda boring the crap out of me. Does it get any better? Is it worth watching the rest or even renting the rest? So far to me it lookes like a voltron clone. Big castle, Mysterous pilots, Big goofy looking aliens (think Rahxephon) vs bright shiny gundam looking core fighters to joining with a tank type thing and a gundam like robot to make a bigger gundam like robot.

seen it and it reeks of crap. definitely not worth even paying PPV for it. Wait till it comes on Cinemax. Horrible action and horrible effects.
