Interesting, 9 films. Hoping they really don't suffer in quality like the originals did....conquest and battle were just absolutely terrible....well battle was really the worst.

I remember in the days of way back, I think it was The Terminator: Hunters and Killers, Russia had their own AI much like skynet but not as smart. I wonder since this supposed "Terminator Zero" is set in Japan if it'll be something similar to that.

Wow steeljaw and springer are already sold out on BBTS. Missinglink Bumblebee and Cliffjumper at 40 bucks a pop is honestly a bit to mucuh for me considering how small those toys are. So I guess I'm gonna pass on them. 86 Bumblebee will be a pass as well...I'm quite happy with the netflix variant and I don't feel like this one is really all that great.

Hm I'd maybe buy the missing link bb and cliffy. I still got a pretenders bee and goldbug that've served me faithfully for so many decades. I think I had a G2 Cliffjumper but god he was lost to time....probably by late 90's he and so many figures were gone.

I'm curious where he's gonna be taking this.....I assumed he was dead after his merging with CLU in Legacy wiping out his variant of the grid. I'm also wondering how he's been doing health wise having to battle cancer and covid at the exact same time and how he's recovered. 

I mean it's cool 15 episodes.....but it's lame that we get it broken into 3 release dates. It's like, "Hey here's the first 5 episodes." that are probably 30 minutes or whatever, then 4 months later "Hey here's the next 5 episodes." 25 minutes each. And finally summer of 2025, "Oh yeah, last 5 episodes here you go." that are either 20-25 minutes each or going the stranger things route of hour and a half freaking each causing viewing fatigue again.

God the havoc I'd cause with that sucker. Sadly I didn't get to go see ALIEN last night or the romulus stuff that came with it. I got ditched by friends who wanted to see it last minute so I just went home. 

I watched part 2, it was absolutely boring mostly just back story stuff between super girl and dr. spectro. 

yeah obviously this is a kid friendly movie.....I'll be surprised if I don't see some kind of wokeness undertones when it's out like Earthspark had been doing.

Even the toys I'm not really all that into. It looks like they're rehashing Bayverse and I dunno, Earthspark toys that don't sell thinking now kids will want them? 

I might go see this at the local theater for alien day....last time I saw it in theaters was almost a decade ago during a Halloween event with a date. It was fun, we had a good time watching it at a really old movie theater.

I just finished the series. Truthfully I'm not a big fallout player or anything, I got bored of it pretty quickly so I had to watch some youtube stuff to get a general idea of the lore and I gotta say, showrunners from Halo should take notes.

So pretty much the last of the autobot season 1 characters is pretty much Swoop isn't it? I can't think of anyone else....

okay. not gonna lie, the way that power armor just flew down there and the arms waving around to steady it, THAT right there, awesome, that looked right on the money for a practical effect and I dig it. I'm watching it.

Well, they got the essence pretty close I think for the movie. And a pretty quick release date to boot. Maybe I'll check it out.

yeah I'll watch this. I mean with t he disappointment of Halo, this couldn't be any worse. 

It's so very sad, an absolute legend such as him is now seeing king yama and ready to cross snakeway for the next big adventure. 

Kind of stinks cause he'd been getting back into his old works adding to those stories over the last couple of years and now all these stories and ideas are going to be lost forever and quite probably never be finished. 

think I'll pass on sandstorm, not to big on how those feetsies look. Infact, whole thing I kinda of dislike, including that headsculpt.

I got a notice yesterday, my Deathsaurus is FINALLY shipping out. only took 2 months.....

It just doesn't feel right, so young at heart, so hungry to keep going. It felt like this guy would just keep going until he was in his 90's and probably still popping out iconic roles we'd remember him by. I was extremely bummed out hearing about this yesterday, and it still feels very unreal now. I really get how Stallone is a lil taken back and holding it.

In my case, I had to pull up very slightly the cartridge on one side (I think right side), such that there is a very gentle sloping tilt, the right side being higher than the left. It has to be just right, too much or too little and the errors will be there. 

I delicately lifted that right side, and so far so good, so thanks for the tip. Last night when I popped in Sakura Wars it froze just before the title screen each time. Now the audio glitches aren't happening as frequently and I've gotten thru the first chapter without much of an issue. I won't lie, I had a couple of heart pounding moments thinking there was a crash or something, but it's good. I hadn't tried my other backups yet, we'll see. 

I had to take the SNES and Sega back to the store I got it from. The SNES went from having a black screen with no games playing to just complete death. The shop is acquiring another unit from another location, I just hope it isn't yellowed out and disgusting...I had put a lot of effort in cleaning the one that's dead and they'll want that one back so it's not like I can just swap out the shells.
The Sega Genesis they got working...so it's more about the cartridge I was using than the console, had to put in a return request and send the game back to amazon. But I cruised thru ebay and managed to get Terminator 2 Arcade, Sonic & Knuckles and a CIB Sonic 2 for under 60 bucks....I can't complain.

So, I'm still getting some funky stuff, not nearly as bad as before. I've been playing some stuff and I keep getting freezes at the exact same place, restart just to see if it's a loading mistake, freeze again same spot, audio glitches, all that stuff. I'm thinking it's possibly the optical drive is having issues cause it's so old, OR, it's the burnt disc. I experimented a bit last night by going at a much slower speed. I've gone from 10x's down to just 1. Stuck in a new disc and I got past the stuck portion of my game, b ut still got audio glitches.

Now call me crazy, but I actually really do enjoy the saturn, so much so that I went ahead and bought a broken japanese unit in white for 30 bucks and gonna restore it. Guy told me it has power but no video signal and won't read discs. No sense in checking voltage if it's powering on so my processing is that if it can't get to the main menu it's gotta be pop capacitors which luckily there aren't a lot and it'll be easier than the freaking game gear. If that works, maybe the disc reader will as well......if it doesn't I'll just swap it out with the I think Fefnir duo and make it my main play unit and the other Saturn will go into storage to be kept nicely locked up.

I've come across a giant collection of retro stuff recently. I've acquired an SNES, Sega Genesis Model 2, and now a Sega Saturn. Out of those........the Saturn is the only thing that's actually "working". I had purchased a Psuedo Saturn cartridge and for the most part, I like it, it does what it needs. But I'm having some issues. So yeah, I'm using backups and I got a ton off the wishlist of stuff I've always wanted to try and play. 
But I'm wondering has anyone run into issues where audio repeats or skips or just down right freezes? I dunno if it's cause they're backups, if it's the Psuedo not having enough memory, oooooor worse case scenario, the optical drive.

buddy of mine and I are gonna go to another con just outside town. Seems like there's a lot of game selling merch at this one and we were gonna shop for a 64. However, I got a bit antsy and was cruising ebay and got one that's in decent condition and said to had been tested for just under 50 bucks....don't think it'll come with any cables, def no controller or games. I'm hesitant though on buying any hookups with it seeing how I've had nothing but bad luck with picture quality from every single console I've purchased. No matter what I get the quality is incredibly dark and almost unbearable. 

I was finally able to get my hands on a wild SS WFC Optimus Prime. I went to a local Target store and wasn't expecting much....I think their toy area is in recovery mode or something, it was super barren. But low and behold there was a singular Optimus Prime there from the WFC game....35 bucks I figured why not I'll grab him.

He's not bad, not perfect but not bad. I think I still prefer my old deluxe version though...the transformation was just a lil nicer on that but I could be wrong it's now sitting in a storage container with the mass majority of other WFC toys. 

Truthfully I feel bad for completely missing out on the Planet X Stuff, I think I would had preferred owning those figures over these. But all I ever come across are the metalics and I'm not interested in that.

Truthfully I never got very far into Metroid, it was one of those I didn't understand at the time on how to play it like quite a few NES games....I mean I was 4 or 5 when I got the console all those years ago and the only games I really focused on playing were Mario, Duckhunt and Track Meet. Same thing with Zelda, didn't know what I was doing at the time.
