HAhaha good question. good old ancient chinese techniques/ Sugar mama hahaha. Besides it was on the the passion of the moment you know shzt happens. don't worry I actually got my two cents in. Dam when a 200 dollar(had fast packs on at the time) goes crashing down in the heat of the moment I would of never imagin my self being so pist off. Man it was scary to think about what a 215 pound 5'8" korean was going to do to a 125 pound fortune cookie. Good thing I stopped myself from getting carried away and realized this isn't me, but it made me realize how much it really was worth to me. I quickly threw the pieces of the 1/48 in a bag and I couldn't look at it for 2 days. Felt incomplete. Just a empty spot in my collection I worked so hard for. Actually It was 2 1/48 that fell max vf-1a and hikaru vf-1s total of $360.00, but max was fine. Good old Max not even a 20 foot ace meltran chick can take him down in this case a 5'5" fortune cookie. anyways my quest to fix hikaru begins and ends when I figure out how to remove the bp8 and replace it with rohbys new and improved bp8. yeah the kit is awsome I'm glad its not as complicating as a hasegawa vf 1 plane might be to make. I'm just rescribing the panel lines makin them deeper I just don't want to take the chance of loosing all that fine detail when I prime and piant it. I even tried to see what it would look like if I stuck my 1/60 vf 1s yamato in it which is impossible. Oh well I guess I have to try my best on making a vf 1s hasegawa From Rich

The reason I posted this thread is because I think my alpha in valkire mode looks funny because of the huge empty spot for the extra gun and is doesn't look portional. Thats just my 2 cents and besides the the alpha gun should be cheap after its done being recasted. I wish the shoulder missle would be able to be mounted in valkire mode. oh well enough of my bit-ching . dude if you really want to get professional don't forget to use pins to reinforce the the joining area with glue it also helps to set the part in place while the glue sets. just use a dap of paint and touch the two ends of the resin together where there suppose to meet to set the mark and a small hand drill to make the hole and a sewing needle for the pin or what ever kind of metal pin you perfer. Hope you have fun making your model. If its a robot i've seen people get crazy awsome customs by buying joints like the ones used for gundam models and make there resin kits poseable. from Rich

Okay I just got this toy last week but didn't know where to issue the problems so here thay are. There was a weird paint chip on the foot almost look like a metal shaving with bule paint stuck to it. The missles hatchs are very delicate they come right off with a little pressure but I super glued mine back on its becasue of the glue they use in the first place is too weak to hold the hatch in place. the missle placement on the arms are way too low you can barely see the missles tray becasue it's covered by the fore arm. the size of the feet are ridculous. The size of the alpha is like a 1/144 scale I understand the size because if they add on a beta fighter it would be huge. The weight of the toy nice very heavy. When in battloid mode the arms barely lock in place with the shoulder. Please be careful with the hatch on the back for the shoulder missle because it pops off easily. On the back right below the shoulder missle mounting hatch there is another hatch I thought i could pull it out but don't do that becasue you actually suppose to push it in so the canopy can conform to the central body better. i think the hardest part about transforming the alpha is the shoulders. this toy is only worth like 65 bucks. I would wait for the second variation after the 3 thousand mark because the chest intakes will be gray not light blue and I'm sure the qc problems will be less hopefully. Well there's my two cents after playing with the toy for like 2 hours and super gluing the missle hatches back where they belong the toy i give it a 7.5 out of 10. not really suppose to handle the toy too much just pose it. Sorry folks for the wait We have begun on recasting the non-fast pack ghost fighter x-9 kit no deacals needed the kite simbol on the ghost fighter is etched on. Seems like the mold will only pull about 20 kits pricing will be $50.00 dollars per kit i'm not sure how much shipping will be, but it should be cheap for us buyers. As for the yf-19 fold booster kit it is in the process of being re-tooled because of the fact that that the clear canopy that shows the engine on the fold booster is way to small Rohby will fabercate it from scratch, and we are double checking if the club-m kit will fit the yf-19 hasegawa set. As for the weapon set to fit on the yamato yf-19 toy that's a whole diffrent story. If any one has any ideas on how to mount on the weapon kit and the fold booster to the yf-19 and vf-19a(blue game color) with out damaging the toy I'm all ears. My Idea's so Far are make a small clip that would hold on to the wing so you can mount the weapons kinda like the old bandai's Or recast the yamato yf-19 wing with built in weapon mountings i've thought about magnets but it wouldn't look as nice because there wouldn't be weapon mountings. Or just be hard core and super glue it your self and never ever transform it again. the simplest thing to do it to get a hot glue gun and glue on the weapon mounting on the wing because a glue from a hot glue gun is tempory kinda like rubber cement you can peal off the glue and not damage the wing and reapply any time you like. It gets a little messy but you can trim off the excess with a twezer. Please becareful not to let the metal tip touch the wing because it will leave a melting mark. As for the fold booster make a small clip that would fit over the shield so you can super glue the fold booster to the clip and not the actual shield it self. I recomend who evers intrested in the yf-19 kit to buy it for there hasegawa yf-19 kit because you can just super glue everything. unless you just want to display the weapons Also the club-m yf-19 pilot will not be recasted becasue it looks nothing like the macross plus pilot it actually looks like a asternot, so we will be using the vf-11b yamato pilot instead. You can guys can also just put in a request for the pilot. It looks nice in the yamato yf-19. Hi Grayson Rohby is the person who made the recast of 1/48 fat hands, the pencil sharpner pilot, the 1/48 micro missles, the joke machine, and the back pack part of the 1/48 call BP8. Do a search for all of his postings and you might find alot of things you'll like. From Rich
