Thanks Mommar! I appreciate it. I’ll probably stick with Marvel Legends also for my X-Men fix. -
Well, if you only check the different condition items on the lower part of that VF-1S page, you can see most of them are not package heavily damage, but just package damage. And most ‘package damage’ I received from Mandarake are just corner dents and dings but mostly the items inside are pristine and untouched. If the pristine of the box is a big concern then the one from NY is the best way to go. But then again, what’s the guarantee that we’re going to get a pristine condition box from their listing.

1/48+fp's, 1/60+fp's, 1/72, 1/2k, 1/3k,1/100 and now 1/144

It already comes with 6 ‘irritating’ missiles. As for the shoulders, yes, I couldn’t agree more. But I think that’s how far it can go design-wise. So I’ll take it as is, as long that it will be an official FB2012 release from them.

I don't think it will need new molds nor better engineering since their VF-4 is perfect as is. I'm also not expecting for them to redesign the arms because that's how it is design-wise. Even Bandai didn't bother on adding more articulation to it. The FB2012 scheme is already enough to separate it from their VF-X VF-4G. I mean, if you think about it what's separates VF-1J from VF-1A, right? So no need for new mold and engineering.

Hmmm. With how they price for stuff, now I'm having second thoughts for it. -
Did you use Paypal? For US retail stores, do they really charge up front or charge your card later when the item is available? Like BBTS, they charge your card afterwards. But if you use Paypal, it will get charge immediately. Not sure if it's the same in Entertainment Earth since it's my first time to preorder something from them. Anyways, let's help out each other by sharing links when we stumble upon Iron Man Mark 85 for a good price.

Wait. Are you sure you want Arcadia to do this? You want barenaked Valks and Jets with no markings in your collections? Oh wait. I think they might do a Premium Finish release once they sold the first non-markings version. -

Thanks Anubis! By the way, any chance you have Marvel Legends figures or any Figuarts Iron Man figure that you can put this standing side-by-side? Just want to see how tall it is. Or better yet, if you also have the Revoltech Wolverine, that would be cool to see too. Thanks a bunch! Not to mention the sentries and the feet unibooster. -
FB2012 scheme. For some reasons, they can't apply it on their VF-4. From what I remember reading it here, here's some of the reasons why: The argument is that it wasn't shown in Gerwalk(?) and Battroid(?) modes in the OAV to warrant a 1/60 figure. Big West and company are demanding for more from Yamato(?) Nevertheless, Arcadia should pursue and produce this knowing that the HMR version was a success. Even though, it wasn't shown in Gerwalk and Battroid mode, Big West 'approved' it. So Arcadia should do the same. I'm pretty sure a lot will buy the 1/60 version once again.

Finally received the 3 orders I have from Nin-Nin the other day at work. It looks nice on a small scale. I really like the FB2012 scheme on this one but for me it doesn't really replace the YamArcadia ones that I have even though it's not having the FB2012 scheme. I tried on transforming one last night and I got scared about the knee joints. Even though it's metal, it kind of looks thin and fragile. Hope it will last multiple transformations. I also find the instruction weird on the top body going upside down diagram. Anyways, seeing how cool the FB2012 scheme in the VF-4 in my hand, I really wish Arcadia will somehow get the rights on producing it on their 1/60 VF-4. That's an instabuy for me.

And then we cue to Kim Basinger's scream scenes.

Oh. I didn't notice it. My bad. Anyways, out of frustration, I ordered the Nano Set 2 from Entertainment Earth for $84.99 while searching online after browsing BBTS. After that, I decided to go back to NY to order the Mark 85 only to find out that it was already sold out again.

This is frustrating. I just found out that BBTS already had the Figuarts Endgame figures sold out. Not sure when they posted this. Anyone here manage on securing a preorder at BBTS?

I also don’t have any GFFMC figure as of this moment. My first one is going to be the upcoming RX-78 Origin 40th Anniv version. But I heard good things about the Unicorn and Banshee from reviews. Except for some yellowing issues on the first Unicorn release. The best figure from that line based on reviews are the O Gundam and the Gundam RX-78 Origin version. Joints are metal but less metal overall compared with Metal Build figures. As for details, MB are more re-imaginative whereas the GFFMC are more in line with lineart (Katoki style). And to be honest, GFFMC Unicorn will be less detail looking if you put it besides the recent release 3P Kshatriya. But posing it in Destroy mode, it probably might compensate. All I’m just saying is that for now there’s some alternative hero Gundams to pair it with those 3P Metal Build-esque figures.

I’m pretty sure he meant Ezra. Because he was mentioning stand alone ‘films’. And besides...

TKing22 is just saying solo films should’ve happened first before the team-up because now it lost 2 actors.
