I got mine today at Yodobashi Camera here in Osaka and after a few try I finally menaged to get the full serie heh In the process I recieved some more Skull 1 (lucky me I know) but some of them where paintles, just play dark grey.

Hmm how about he's just one of the many many clones of that serie (Khamjin serie I mean). I'm not an expert of genetics but judging by the way twins thend to have similar ideas and whatnot, it's fairly fair to assume clones will have similar views to the original. Now the only one clone of that serie we have seen wasn't too friendly with humans, why the other clones should be any difference ?

Chrono if you were such a 3D buff as you claim to be, you whould have never mentioned Lucas as standard in quality. Since Sw Ep2 his work, or ILM's if you prefere, really went down the shaft. One huge mistake among others, go look at the scene when Palpy talk to Yoda and Windu in his office with the big window showing Corussant... really really sloppy there buddy. As for his fixing things in DVD edition, let's not talk SW shall we, I can talk for hours about how sloppy that was made. The only visual issue with M:F is the color used for coloring the new idol hair, but other then that is fully in line with the current way of making anime. Quality wise, this serie goes well above average.

I have a theory on the VF-171. Mind you it’s based on the few frames currently available so it’s just speculation but I thought to share it with everyone. Facts: -We’ve seen the 171 fly in squadrons/wings launching a wave of missile, most likely to incoming enemies. -We’ve seen pilots prepping the VFs either in a launching tube or hangar bay. The thing is the pilots are faceless. If you look at the helmet you won’t see any face behind it, just a suit. They might be trying to save time and effort from doing random faces for random guy we won’t see again or we shouldn’t be bothered about too much, as opposite to what they did with VF-11 pilots in M7. So because of the above facts and that the VF-25 being the new state-of-the-art VF I think the VF-171 cover the role the VF-11 did in M7… cannon fodder.

We know Mirial lived at last for 37 or so years with the humans, gave birth to 7 doughters and from M7 Encore it looks like she never had the flu or any other disease in that time as a miclone (for those that didn't watched Encore 2, she believe she's dieing because she has the flu =P). Given that I'd say Zents are much more healthy and tough then human, even half zent gain such trait it seems from what I remember or Milia remark when she litteraly throw little Komilia at Hayase in the original Macross. May that be the result of genetic engeniering ? Most likely, but given the short lifespan a warrior race can have, and the fact Zents before mixing with humans wheren't even able to do simple repairs to their ships I guess the technology to clone their armies (since the PC were long gone by then) must be not only perfect but also ridicoulosly easy to use.

Yes it is, it's really too bad they removed all M+ and M0 VFs from the game before final release =/ I whould have loved to go trought the SW1 with the YF-21 mwhahah..

I have another question at this point. What age whould the clones have ? I mean did they grow them normaly, giving babies to foster parents or they fast-grow the clones to have ready to use people for colonization ? I guess both where workable solution and fast grown clones where more commons in early colonizations (like megaroad class) but what about later time like 2020s and 30s ?

I'd go with Payne here. The whole cultural shock think went out of the window with M7, much with M0 they really started digging.. No offence but how can you call it if not magic when that girl start singing and flowers rise (lack of better term and limited dictionary heh) and stones start to levitate ? COME ON !! Genetics has nothing to do with that, unless we expect to see some kind of ESP powers in the next serie and that would be really really lame. Hell, even in M7's FOTSW, for all the faults that serie had, that retard convince the Meltran basically signing, no spiritia or other metaphisical bullcrap was involved there. Macross was a story of war and how people with different takes on the war, different lives and so on, dealt with that situation. Much like the origianl Gundam or Zambot 3, the story was about poeple and how they kept living in time of war. And as opposite a culture with no knowledge whatsoever of peace or being a civilians and how the interaction of the two culture shows that, hopefuly, the soldiers realize that fighting for the sake of it was pointles and peace is a far better solution. Sure it was a peace message written in a different, and not so different, world situation and with the cold war and all, peace messages trought the media where really important.

It's more an arcade then a simulator like VO. I have another question. I was watching the promo-trailer on youtube (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v-sJqYkH9Aw ) and it shows the VF selection for freebattle and I noticed it shows the VF-0, SV-51, YF-19, YF-21 and VF-11. Does anyone know if they actualy are in the game (and if so, how to unlock them) or if it was just a show off that didn't landed in the final product ? Edit: Never mind, I just found the answer in an old post I couldn't visualize for some reasons.
