Tragically, no. dammit well...could the "morphing" wings be used in the VF-22S if installed? or would you still need the -21's cockpit system to use them?

I forgot if this was asked before but does the VF-22S still keep the "morphing" wings the YF-21 has?

i really don't think it was transformed into battroid correctly...here's the proto from yamato's website... http://www.yamato-toys.com/prg_data/OP31086854483.jpg as you can see the legs are lower and a lot closer together than the colored proto from Dengeki Hobby.... yamato does need to make the legs slightly slower so it'd match up to the croch section more...but then it'd make the legs look really long... i can see the vb-6 being a better canidate for parts swapping than the vf-0 is....i mean the legs just look way too long in battroid and they don't land in the right spot as to not look like crap...i really don't mind having to take apart a toy to transform it i would rather have seen some part swapping than have something that looks like crap...

i guess yamato could make one large bar for both legs?

i think the hips look a little too wide on the yamato...i think the toy wasn't transformed correctly...that looks like a big botch up...the resin prototype's hips and legs didn't look all that bad i want the legos monster now

honestly i would take just about anything...i'm actually really curious now to how the vf-0 actually transforms

i guess bandai sees all these garage companies making macross kits and say "well, i guess they could just buy those...not like we're gonna make anymore macross stuff...power rangers and gundam are our cash cows anyways!" i would love to see macross kits with at least HGUC quality being put into them...i mean they did make some master grade kits in the past that WEREN'T gundam related...like the dunbin kit, manzinger z (spelling?) kit and patlabor kits...i thing bandai should've tried to cash in on the macross craze by releasing some totally retooled kits....model kits are actually pretty fun to put together gundam is only popular because bandai keeps pumping money into it....and i could see that the suits are simplified to be more appealing to youngsters who just don't know any better....bandai's wallets are the only things really talking....if they had to, they'll put a sign on a pile of cow crap and call it a new MS and there's the dumb kids who don't know any better and jut buy the toys and models up like if they were the only type of stuff to prove you enjoy the show... okay i'm gonna really go to bed now...me sleepy

actually i really wish big west would distribute a macross zero "sketch book" or something of that sort so we could see all the engineering behind the vf-0...all i know is that the vf-0 uses an internal swing bar simular to what the 1/48 vf-1's have and the chest section folds over the whole cockpit instead of going half way and deploying a heatsheild (my like the vf-2's) but besides the fact that the legs don't "detatch" and there isn't a heatsheild that goes down...both transformation sequences are pretty much the same i'm not sure if any of this makes sense...but hey, at least i tried....and maybe the transformation is more complicated than we really know... and i don't see why there'd be any reason why yamato wouldn't have access to CG models that studio nue/big west drew up for the last few minutes of macross zero where roy is fighting some cannon fodder sv-51 pilot... it's possible to make a perfect transformation vf-0 and it would be difficult to make a perfect transformation sv-51....but honestly, i don't mind part swapping if the end result looks better than it would in perfect transformation... i really wish yamato would make a version of the yf-19 that'd look great in all modes...i really don't care if there's a lot of part swapping...i think that's the only thing really turning me off to the version of the yf/vf-19 that yamato has already produced....just because of the "perfect transformation" of the toy it doesn't look great in all modes except battroid.... okay...enough of my ranting...i'm going to bed

isn't the price for the VF-0S 4000 yen? it's still not that expensive...that puts it in around the same price as the gundam fix series

a 1/100 scale gold frame??! oh wait...it's like the red frame...it's just gold plated (at least that's what they're implying) why couldn't they just make the upgraded gold frame with the blitz's arm also...judging by the costs of the freedom and the aile strike mg kits...i would HOPE the strike rouge comes with a different weapons back or it'd just be a copy of the already available aile strike....or even have the strike rouge come with the IWSP pack...just something different....that's all!! is it too hard for bandai to give modelers that?
