Well no one could made perfect anime transformation with the rider still attached the bike anyway.
So this one is more like Iron Man mark 42, at lease the price is quite reasonable for the size.

We have many good VF-1 in many scale to choose from, so they really needed to try something different. It sure feel like they pushed some VF-2SS design element into it. They should let the leg/intake attach firmly to the body in Fighter mode, instead of leaving a large gap.
The retro/ARII styles one are single mode figures, no price yet.

Just got a sealed DX VF-1D from Mandarake, and those two just fall off like they never had any glue. I will just glue them back, but any glue I should avoid?
And any tips on how to tighten those slightly loose horizontal joints?
