Bro.... I want to say i am going to rip out that box and display her as soon as i get it, but...  maybe you have a point about keeping it in box,  if at time of release she is rare or something and everyone wants her and willing to $$$$$, AND i am in a situation needing $$$$$$$$$.

ok, this was the moment i was waiting for many years (at least 15 years since the project didnt go through for the figure i wanted most).... well, actually, it was to own the Houquet figure.  And some long time since Riobot announced their first mospeada figure, i was patiently waiting for Houquet to finally buy the mold.  Even skipped the Zeta.

So, i got a PO in a HLJ... but man, May 2022, that is 6 months (which will feel like 6 years).  I dont know where in life i will be by then... might be bank broke / no home by then... that is an eternity for me.  HLJ makes sense to me as i dont have to pay now.

The question is, will i actually hold this figure in hand and on my shelf....  who knows, but at least i got to have a PO for it, for now... .

If you had to choose ONLY ONE toy between Riobot Fuke Legioss Zeta or the future Cyclone bike?   Which is the potential better ONE toy?  Paint / Construction of toy?

I dont have any Mospeada figures right now, and i just want one of the two above.   The only Riobot figure i have is the Iron Giant, which i love.

Just wondering how the Yamato 1/60 VF-19 (Kai, Blazer, etc..) compare, toy wise (Built, Playability, Engineering), to the latest DX YF-19 from 1/60 Bandai. 

I dont have any DX 1/60, just the old YF-19 (which sux), and the VF-19 (which are great), so wanting to know how they compare, if it is really worth me looking at one down the line.

Also , if the Bandai VF-1 the best macross toy ever made?  I already have some 1/48 in Yamato, so not sure i need this.

I love my riobot iron giant I got last week.  One of my favorite purchases actually.  There is a fantasy jewel upsized ko of it for those wanting bigger and cheap, but I need the small size and higher quality paint of riobot.

It's by Netflix, so IN for sure.

It likely will likely be like most the other Netflix Cartoons (except Castlevania), ie be a bit more goofy the 1st season, just like She Ra (and the rest), and then a darker more mature theme by mid to end of Season 2, or by season 3, with some goofy here and there.

Yea, find it weird that Openheimer is playing, but not skeletor.  It's like having Peter Cullen in TF, but he is playing only some random secondary autobot. I wonder if it is his age, and them wanting to do many seasons.

Anyways, will watch it for sure, as i do most Netflix produced cartoons, they are usually very VERY good. She Ra, Kipo, Voltron, Dragon Prince are the ones that come to mind hat have been amazing for me, and I am probably forgetting some.

One of the reason i am actually considering the Riobot Zeta is the small size.  Same with wanting the Fuke Bike armor.  The size works great for me.  I also just got Riobot's Iron Giant and he is a true gem that can be displayed anywhere or brought anywhere really.

If the Blue Sentinel is good quality, even just for the batroid mode, i will save up for the Red Zeta one.  My first Alpha was the green one when i was a child, and later on got the Toynami green one, but i am really like the red and details on the Sentinel Zeta one,  and thinking i will go red this time.  Wont be able to afford a second one with the super high price these go for... so gonna save it for Red Bike and Jet.

Can you guys recommend me a few asian etailers that you would recommend for best price to get the Riobot Bike and Jet.  I will only likely get the Red Zeta and Fuke (red Bike) eventually when they go up for preorder or after release in 2020 or 2021. 

@Screech is a recommended buyer, and my first time selling to Mexico, and it went very smoothly,.  He is very nice and polite and respectful, responds very quickly and with detail, and pays quickly as well.

I had regretted selling my VF-1J Stealth w/ boosters like 10 years ago.  I should have kept that one, and sold my regular ones (which i have now).  The black ones dont yellow.  My 2x 25th Anniversary black/gold Valks look the same as day one, even when stored in storage.

Alto-23 did not buy postal insurance to cover his loss.....eevli did not use a "goods and services" paypal payment.....the outcome is thus totally dependent on dealing with a seller who will do the right thing if something goes wrong.....you do not want to willingly place yourself in that position....to avoid a transaction going the way this one did...just approach any transaction as strictly a business transaction to avoid any problems....AND KNOW HOW TO USE THE TOOLS YOU ARE USING FOR THESE TRANSACTIONS...know the Shipper's rules and know the Paypal or Credit Card rules you are using to facilitate your payments.....when you use these tools, you are essentially agreeing to abide by them, so know what you are agreeing to!

What is Postal Insurance?    Can you pls elaborate on this (where one would get it from) and HOW it protects the Seller after the merchandise has been delivered to the Customer by the postal service?

Wait, 174$ Amazon Japan shipped, wow, that is amazing.  Just wondering why not the Max 1A from there as well?  I have bought some Masterpiece transformers from Amazon Japan no problem.  

Also, did you have to get up in the middle of the night for either, or can one just preorder from either Amazon Japan or Nippon in the morning?

Also, why not the 1S?  Is it because you are wanting the Roy version more?  Or was there some problem with obtaining that figure on preorder?

You check out the Arcadia/Yammie threads?  Some of the 1/60 v2 go on sale and good deals for a similar product ( the dx takes a lot of the same design) for cheaper including the SSP, or even the HMR line.  But most think the DX is the best.  

Thank you for sharing.  Where did you end up getting yours from, or where do you recommend getting it from?  Will only be interested in the 1S of any color, and once we actually move away, so i got time.  Space will probably be not much, so will get 1 only for the VF-1 if i can swing it at that time.

How much did the VF-1S or 1J cost you shipped to North America (USA or Canada) for those that preordered?  I just want to see if price is even feasible at all for me, or where i need to be at.  Thanks

Can someone pls fill me in on the process of getting a new 1/48 valk when PO becomes available and chances of getting one. My guess is I will never be able to, but would have loved to give it a try when one day another 1S becomes available.

Wanted honest opinions from fans if the below are worth anything at all, or just good for the scrap / trash now, as far as resale to customizers only who could fix / repaint them, and if so, what value would you give each.  I might be moving from Canada to the USA, and had some old 1/48th and 1/60th in the storage that have yellowed and not in the pristine condition at all, and not sure i can bring them with me due to space/costs.    Thanks in advance to everyone.

Note: They are loose, no box, and yellowed, some damages may be present as described or missing items

1) YAMATO 1/48th  GBP Armour standard color.  Seems complete.  Some yellowing and scratches here and there as per pics.

2) YAMATO Stand/Arm.  Seems complete.  Some scratches here and there on the chrome.

3) 1/48th  VF-1A.  No Strap on gun.  yellowing and black spots (maybe from custom black painted FP i had him wear)

4) 1/48th  VF-1J.  No Strap on gun.  No gun holding fat hand.  One fin broken as per the second image.  yellowing

5) 1/48th FP Set: On one arm FP, one of the two holders that snap on broke and I crazy glued it back.  It still works, but harder to get on the arm than before, and you have to be more careful with it.

6) 1/60 VF-0 Upgrade set.    yellowing .  Break on the one of the fins.  Loose when attached to the valk, and only gray replacement piece.

7) 1/60th  VF-0A 1st version.  yellowing.  broken antennae (putting crazy glue on it now and seing if that partially fixes it. 

OH NO, NOT VF-1A MAX, NOOOOOOOOOOO, anything but him!!! 

Damn this, i may actually have to come back from the dead on this size now eventhough i am now only doing HMR...   vf-1a max is just too much for even me to resist!!! 

But i still have a chance as these things always get well sold out before i wake up to make a preorder anyways, so crisis may still be averted and money remains in my pocket...

Finally something i want, VF-1D  (sorry VF-4, no offense to you,)

Now, to get this or wait / hope for the Max version... i think i probably wont risk it and just get this.

Just curious, but does anyone have one of the old HM lines, or older HMR?  Have you experienced any yellowing of the plastic?  I have only had this issue with my Yamato valks out of all my toys, and only the ones that are white or even light grey, but not any other colors.  Just wondering if anyone experienced yellowing with their bandai figures that have White / Light Grey.  Thanks in advance.

I am wondering if i will need another VE-1...  Already have one fitted with the 101 armor. 

I am thinking the VE-1 has the superior paint, ie when all my other valks will yellow, the VE-1 will stay same color for decades to come...
