From what I'm reading on the SciFi message boards, his character's name is going to be Lt. Col Mitchell. Not sure what the first name is. Since Richard Dean Anderson is leaving and might be doing guess spots if possible, I think Ben Browder's character is suppose to become the new leader of the SG-1 team. Looking forward to how his character is going to be. I thought he was great in Farscape. I just hope his character is somewhat different from his Farscape character.

For the most part. When they combine, one person is the dominate controller based which Vector makes up the head I believe. They each seem to control their own parts of the machine like the legs for example. While the head controls the attacking. Not sure what the one that makes up the middle does. Maybe provide support for everything else, don't know. One machine, three different versions of it.

I believe it was suppose to be the Babi that Freedom was fighting. A ZAFT mobile suit. You know in just about every Gundam series, the side makes the most mobile suits, different models I mean, is the side that actually turns out to be the "bad" guys. Zeon, Neo Zeon, Federation and SRA (in Gundam X), OZ, Crossbone, Zanscare, Moonrace. For being painted as "good" they sure have a LOT, LOT of weapons to use but you have Gilbert blaming LOGOS for making weapons when they seem to have the most yet the director wants to paint the EA as "bad/evil". Anyone else bothered by this as much as me?

Finally got a chance to watch it. Must say I really enjoyed it. The animation, characters, and music were all pretty good. Must say I haven't enjoyed the first episode of a series the way I enjoyed this one in a long time. That and I love the super robot action. Can't wait to see what episode 2 is like. If things get even better I think I might have found a new favorite series. To bad the series won't be longer then 26 episodes(thats the length right?). It feels really good to be excited by a show again. When do the episodes air anyway, what day I mean?

Suppose to be a EA alliance lab. That some how according to episode 25 contains dead bodies, computers with data fully intact, all this evidence clearly visable. Which makes no sense at all, if you are going to abandon base. Even if you didn't have time to destory the base, you logicaly have a plan to destory data. EA is made up of formal militaries so this should be a common thing to do yet all this info and data is in there. Ugh. You'd think that the director has already gotten his message that the EA is evil through to people. No he has to continue to hit people over the head with it. Since he can't give them any character development or any real reason why they are losing this war other then "just because" (at least thats how I see it) he has to make an episode that shows them being even more evil. As if that message wasn't clear before hand. It seems like this director and his team of writers never miss a chance. ugh

I've never seen any of the Getter Robo series but from what I understand this OVA which was released in 2004 was a alternate retelling of the original series. How was it? Are there any plans to redo the other series in new animation, alt retellings, or just a sequel after this new OVA? Thanks.

I think Scott should actually look older due to his experiences. All the battles he's been in, scars, how serious he tends to be most of the time, etc. Oh well.

I've been interested in checking out the series One Piece but I was wondering what others thought of it? I mean, I don't mind Pirate shows, in fact I like the idea to be honest. I remember seeing a few episodes on Fox but Luffy's voice was really annoying. So I figured I'd check out the fansub versions or maybe check out the dvd versions if they have sub on them if they are ever released if I like the show. Or maybe his voice had to grow on me. I've wondered if the his voice was suppose to be like that to match the japanese voice or was it just a case of bad casting. Anyway for those that have seen the show or read the manga, what are you opinions of the show? Would your recommend it? Does it look like it will any time soon? How many movies have been released? Ratio of male and female characters? Any romance for the main character? Is the show more comedy then adventure or both? Does it get serious at times or does it never take itself serious or have serious drama? Anything else you can say would be good. Thanks.

Then again it's hard to tell things apart when the director says one thing and does another. He says that Mwu and Rau are the only two newtypes but we see Kira sense people, not once but twice. We have the newtype ping between Neo and Rey. So he either says one thing on purpose to throw people off or he simply does not know what he is saying when he's in an interview cause he tends to go against himself.

Not all coordinators have SEEDs. Cagalli, who is a natural, also went into SEED mode at the end of the first series. Also one doesn't need to be in mobile suit combat to go into SEED as well. Lacus did while on the ship in the last battle. It's just that most people that have been shown as going SEED have been coordinators cause of the direction the director wants to take the show. He's completely hung up on coordinators = good, natural = bad. You do notice how he takes a lot of chances to show this, especially in Destiny. No wonder we've only seen coordinators go it for the most part save Cagalli. I feel her's was just done to make her fans happy, not for any story purpose.

I just really hope the Nintendo DS version of the game looks different. There are still no screenshots for that version out. It had better not be a port with the same damn graphics. There are times when I regret my purchase of a Nintendo DS, then I look at games that will be coming out in months. I HATE waiting, damn the PSP $250 price tag. Give me a PSP without movie playablity and mp3s(I already have portable versions of those) and drop the price.

A popcorn film is what it should I feel. Forget about deep meaning of life, or oscar winning performances. Fun is what this film should be about and big ass explosions and cheesy oneliners by Transformers. Megatron, tank version would be nice. That was one of the things I liked about Transformers Armada. I never cared for the leader of the Decpitcons being a simple gun. Seemed lame to me to be honest. While Starscreamer got to turn into a jet and Prime into a truck. That Carebears comic was funny.

Does that article say who builds it? if it's a new suit or simply an upgrade?

Damn Star Wars has some great trailers. Honestly I would actually pay just to see trailers.

I don't see why they had to redo the designs for Scott and Marlene. They were fine just the way they were before and there is no legal trouble with Mospeada. Yet this new design, Scott looks horrible in my opinion. What happen to his hair? New Generation/Mospeada character designs were my favorite to be honest cause they appeared to be the most normal out the other three arcs/sereis. I can't really judge Marlene since I can't see her but why is she dressed like that? She never wore anything like that in series, she was always in casual clothing which fit her persona. And since the Invid are gone, it only makes sense that she would continue to wear casual clothing since she was never a mecha pilot, or a fighter of any kind. The use of colors they have for Scott's uniform looks weird as well and doesn't fit either. Earth after the Invid left should actually be in a state of repair, and being repair for quite a while as well. Why would cloths be made that had bright colors like that? I doubt material and resources would be wasted like that when it could be forth to other things, especially when there is a great chance, you are just going to get yourself dirty or clothes riped in doing things. At first I figured it might be a dress uniform but after looking at it more I don't think it can be.

This series just kept getting better and better with each episode. I seriously did not expect the season finale to go down the way it did. I really can't wait for the next season. When the dvds for this show come out, I'm getting them as soon as possible. The acting, story, and action in this story is great. I'm really confused now about Baltar though and what is happening to him on Kobol though. Also I hope Starbuck is okay and wonder how she's going to react when she comes to. Then there is......oh man, I still can't believe that happen. I actually jumped out of my seat while watching that.

I wish there was some truth to that. Honestly, ever since Rey hugged Gilbert, I had the idea that Rey just might be a she. Changing the voice could be done with practice or through an operation. I wouldn't be surprised if a twist like that was to actually be used.
