That gunpod looks huge to me sometimes. More pics from the bathroom (best lighting in my house). Is firing it without full stock extension anime accurate?

I really really like the blue. The swing bar was fine for me and the nosecone is pretty tight, has snap to it. Have to get better at avoiding paint rub, that laser clearance for getting the head thru for battroid is pretty tight. My shoulders were correct and the bicep swivel is pretty tight that I wouldn’t want to twist it without holding the shoulder with my other hand. The intake cover for the right leg usually pops off when engaging the gerwalk joint because the ratchets feel nice and tight. Going to try to the waist swivel next for that knee to chest fist to ground superhero landing pose.

Really fun. I wonder why the pilot wasn’t designed with a butt peg like with the yf-19.

Should be here Friday. So no swing bar improvements but better implemented nosecone that’s tigher, flush cockpit, secure fun or stabilizers?

Is that green bar actually meaningful? I do remember it being more halfway and slowly moving down towards ship but don’t know if it’s actually tracking what the seller is doing.

Yeah I’m a little worried, as others have said amazon direct has shipped already but these sellers are listed as “prime” haven’t yet...took a chance but the seller said 100% feedback with high numbers. It still says arriving by Sunday, which, wow really That’d be fast for international. I gambled for the faster shipping and was previously unable to cancel so let my hlj order go but now I wonder... This hobby is not for the faint of heart!

Ah I forgot that detail. A lot of people were counting on it and it never came, hence just throwing in with Nippon-Yasan at mark up as last resort. I am glad that scalpers seemed to have overestimated with Max. There seems to be enough available for not quite PO price but at least not terrible when shipping is considered. Or maybe we are all just conditioned to accept the <$250 as the new normal haha

Looks a little busy from top perspective but I quite like the panel lining on the chest to offset just the plain white, more for max than for hikaru since he has that nice red. How would I go about doing so? A gundam marker? I know you have to apply top coat or something for gunpla but feel scared to do so on this toy.

Ah at first didn’t see difference in joints but now see the grooves missing on top of max’s Left shoulder hinge joint. Meaning the grooves are on the bottom?

Does anyone have a pic of their yeti stand setup with the Dx vf-1j? For the life of me I can’t find a picture to confirm the vf-1j (Dx yf-19, not the Arcadia one that can go upside down because it slots in tightly). I know there’s a Dx bundle yeti stand but just want to confirm first...

Wishlist: 1. Vf-1a tv max 2. Yf-19 (!!!!!!!!) 1 is more likely as 2 would be a new mold and new engineering right? A more playable yf would complement the dx version.
