Repainted the standard Regult and Heavy Missile Carrier. It's how I envision they would look like if the Meltrandi did use them in DYRL.

Are you the one who coloured that Hasegawa Regult pink on FB? Actually that didnt look bad, what I couldnt get behind was the walkure logo on it.

Items from KC generally come right to my doorstep.    And generally (knocks on wood) have been pretty fast.   I would expect my package in 7-10 days.   Customs at least for me is pretty quick.

    So cheap and fast? Nice.

We have to use expensive couriers over here or there is at least  a 95% chance of not getting the parcel. And as for speed of delivery well, in a comparative study our post office delivery speed was vastly outmatched by the ancient Roman Empire. Worse, they tied with a common garden snail (actually I cant believe the snail did not win).😲

Seemed to be Surface (free) or $22 for express.

Where does that go to? To your door or to the Post Office?

If it is the Post office what is their rate of parcel tampering/parcel theft? And how many months do they take to deliver the parcel once it clears customs?

In terms of those vehicles I don’t want a massive $350 thing.  If they wanted to make a 4 inch Eaglemoss-like (but not so crappy) replica of the Blackbird, or Starjammers ship, etc… that would be cool.  But none of that rises to the level of a Haslab Project.

    The 38.21 mile (61.49 km) long fearless-class Shi'ar dreadnaught "Starjammer" @ 4 inches (10.16 cm).

    What scale is that?

    1/614 900?

To be in scale with the Starjammer the 100 mile long Apoclaypse-Class Behemoth would have to be over 26 cm long.

Whatever happened to the old adage, "be grateful for what you have"?

If you feel Sentinel or any other company is not offering you a quality product for your dollar then simply do not buy their products.

Not sure why anyone that does not like the product that is being offered would hang around in a forum dedicated to that product (there are quite a few in here)?

@RED WOLF you are reading the wrong motivations into a general post about QC. Quality costs nothing AKA Quality pays for itself, is a well known concept in manufacturing. Poor QC is bad busimess. Planning poor quality is short sighted.

Oh and BTW I dont use dollars, thats a foreign currency.🙃

  6. A Zentraedi vs Invid comic has to give the Invid massive numerical superiority to work IMO.

Like in this extract from a fanfic post by John T Mainer on FB.

The moss covered rocks were not rocks. They were battlepods. Thousands of battlepods. Invid beyond number were littered with them, there was NO GROUND, not a single speck of earth. All was fractured ceremet armour composite, shattered guns, and stripped bare bones.
The Female Zentradi pulled Ducan by the hair and pointed to the shattered wings of a few dozen artillery pods.
“We would have laid down patterns of fire to form a wall of light, and the Invid would wash against it like the incoming tide. We would kill and they would die. But no mater how many you kill, there are always more.
Then the tide rises, they stack up and take to the air and ground, that is when the missiles fire. We blacken the sky with missiles, until even our sensors cannot penetrate the smoke, but none of them reach the earth. We will kill thousands, then tens of thousands, but there are always more Invid.
They close, and the Pods start to die when the Invid get to claw range, that is when the Power Armour comes in to do close quarter battle, but by then the tide is lapping around us and the Invid fill the sky and the ground. We shoot ourselves dry of missiles and the inorganics come, too big to kill with anything but massed fire, but they are swarming the officers and there is no one to direct anything.
Every warrior stands alone, screams come over your comms, you don’t know if it is your comrades or you that is screaming. You cycle your guns as fast as your engines can channel the power, because there is no tomorrow there is no next breath if you let up fire for one second, or if you miss one target but no matter how many you hit, there is always one more Invid.”

could anything be better? Of course they can, but at what cost?

Whatever happened to the old adage, "quality costs nothing"?

If you make toys that break easily, people will eventually stop buying them.

I can't imagine they're going to have anything I want this year.  Plus they haven't been ingratiating their fans to keep backing.  They run these campaigns all wrong too.

Correct. They need to wake up to the fact that the world is more than just North America and Europe.

In the Robotech Dogfight minitech campaign it said "shipping to anywhere in the world".

Don't you wish that HT could make Bossk or Zuckuss instead @Podtastic? We need more Alien species in the diversity, however it's a bit more complex as they have to develop the molds for it. I can use a 1/6 Trandoshian Bounty Hunter honestly.

Yes, although I already have Bossk 1/6 even if it is an older version. Two aliens I would REALLY like are (Tessek (the Quarren in ROTJ) and Admiral Ackbar. Would'nt say no to the iconic Greedo either. So far all I have is Bossk and Momaw Nadon (Ithorian).

I feel bad for anyone that missed out on the 3D theatrical experience. It was very immersive and probably the best use of the whole 3D fad that ever came out as a wide release. I had a split group of friends that saw it and the ones that saw it in 3D were all talking about how amazing  it was for weeks and the other group saw it normal and thought we must have been high or something because it really isn’t a great movie and we were talking about how it felt like you were there and could almost touch the plants

I was just irritated by the re-emergence of the 3D fad. It was a thing back in the day of Treasure of the Four Crowns. All it does is make the movie much more expensive, and doesn't make much difference to me in terms of the visuals. Seeing a bunch of flat "cardboard cut-outs"  on the edge of the screen or deeper in it doesn't impress me any more than 2d.

As to the movie itself, Pandora just felt like Fenrille-Lite and the Na'vi were too much like American Indians.

Then again, the great Leonopteryx did remind me of Kontory crossed with Gaifand from Arco's Other World toy line.😆

    20th anniversary! Good Grief!

It feels like just yesterday that I was watching the Star Wars/Empire Strikes back double feature at Kine 500 for R2.50. Attack of the Clones feels like something I just watched 5 minutes ago.😶

I just need the Phase 1 Clone Pilot from the LAAT. Of course that means it wont be there.

Same here. My Houquet and Mirage now are in HLJ PW. Just waiting another item mid-May before I will be able to ship everything.

Also regarding the visor, I saw this on Twitter, in which I posted the photos a couple of pages ago. He used IPA (Isopropyl Alcohol) to remove the paint.

Its not tinted enough though.  Would have been nice to have another accessory set by @captain america.
