Don't know if anybody asked this question yet but if not I'll like to know. Is ADV going to have the original opening with the Japanese text?

I have to agree with some of these people it really doesn't look like Roy. The face does look like a G.I. Joe figure. I think I'll stick with my CMS figure. Sorry.

i learned the hard way, i never order anything by Sal, i would rather spend a few dollars more and get Ems. the one package i ordered a while back through HLJ that went Sal took over a Month to get to the USA which bummed me out greatly i am very impatiant waiting for my new model kits   I prefer to order by EMS which usually takes no more then a week.

Couldn't agree with you more!!! I think the next time I order from HLJ I'll use EMS, the waiting SUCKS It's like waiting for 5 weeks to see if I got a Max chase figure and if I don't get one that will suck even more!!! So I better get one

If you ordered from HLJ, give or take 5 weeks (SAL). EMS still takes approximately 7-10 business days. Best option but expensive.

Does the exclusive Minmay have a UN SPACY logo on the stand? Like the first figure in the CMS Macross Collection Part 1.

I have the FX (Macross DYRL perfect edition) one and I have to say it's AWESOME. Great picture, sound, only thing subtitle is not perfect but it's good. Oh the perfect edition has a bonus ending, the director wanted a music video at the end. The perfect edition has one, it's from Macross Flashback. Highly recommended!!!

I like the scene when Isthar is in the Macross and looks through the window and sees the city and she says "People use to live here I can still hear there songs" or something like that. When I see that scene I have flashbacks of the Macross TV series, very cool!!!

Yeah, the sets usually consist of the 6 NON DYRL MAX figures.

Sountrack licensing issue is only going to last so long, the music isn't getting any newer, the demand for it isn't getting any higher, Victor will knock down that price eventually, and hell, for all we know, they already have.

As for animation quality...have you turned on your TV lately? 7 still far outshines most junk people try to pass off as animation, and hell, it was a lot more consistant than the original series was.

Market...pure paranoia, people will buy it because it's Macross, it has giant robots, it has J-Pop, and robotech fans have nothing else to buy. It'll find its market.

Hey it's a big deal. Even Bandai's Gundam Z domestic NA release forgoes the proper opening and ending themes because they are too cheap to pay royalties to the artists. Last time I checked, there wasn't any great demand for these two obscure 80s tracks.

Yeah that what I heard, about that Gundam Z and the issue on the opening and ending music. They said it's a almost perfect set, they said it would of been perfect if they left everthing as it was meant to be seen!!! Hmm more and more I read this tread it sounds like Macross 7 will never be release and yes I do think there a market for this show, only because it's Macross. No matter if it's good or bad people will still watch.

Maybe I should buy the DVD then, is that FX one any good? The FX logo is green I seen them on the internet. They have two sets.

Does anybody know why Macross 7 hasn't been release in the US?

I just got finish watching Final Fantasy AC one word "AWESOME"!! Is it me or did I hear Final Fantasy X music on some scenes? If you like the game then you'll like the movie. I want a Cloud and Fenrir figure set, awesome bike lots of swords.
