I noticed that the adapter piece in almost all the recent pics are clear color. Has this always been the case for promotion display piece, or can we expect clear adapter piece this time?

I also sent an email to them last week but till now no reply. However I just logged into my account and saw they have included the replacement part in my account as a new order dated 24 May, but seems to attached a 460yen shipping charge to it as well. I looked into the item details and it shows the replacement part cost 10yen (yup 10yen) and shipping charge 450yen........ I'm going to write to them to ship the replacement part together with my Glaug, and hopefully save some shipping cost. Keeping my fingers crossed.........

I cancelled my 2 pre-orders. This was supposed to be my first 1/60 scale VF-1 valk and I was excited. I was half as excited after Arcadia revealed the price tag. The screw holes in the promo pics didn't help. I may be nitpicking here, but at this price point I don't think its unreasonable to expect covers or something to hide those ugly holes.

Looking at the promo pics, the 4 screw holes on the inner side of each leg just bug the hell out of me.

I think the HMR scale is just nice for non-transformable/support mecha like the Destroid series.

Finally received my HMR Roy and Regult today. Ending the day on an even higher note, also received my Arcadia 0A and 0S, as well as a mint Yamato VF-22S Max .... now the whoooshing starts

Finally received my Roy together with my Regult today. A quick check confirms no missing parts. I got the stand although I ordered late.

Am I the only one hoping that Bandai will release the valk and super parts as a set?

Update: NY just shipped my Roy

Bandai announced they will 'work with' their distributors to send the replacement part to those who bought the Valk, but I'm guessing the distributors have to cover the shipping bill themselves. If so, not surprise NY replied as such. I also received the email from HLJ, and I think they played it smart by getting their customers to ship their Valk together with the replacement part.
