Is he still seeing his dad?

I’ve said it before….I love the look of Boba with the Black robes under the Armor.

The race is on to recover a British F-35B before the Russians.

^^Hopefully, the actual trailer would ape some of those lines (such as Obi saying the "There's still good in him; I can sense it." line).
Still would prefer a story that somehow brings in Hett (just so we could get a Clone Wars era flashback).
But if there must be another duel, they need a really good
excusereason for getting Obi off of Tatooine.17 minutes ago, Keith said:Not really, especially after the awesome Rebels Obi-Wan & Maul fight. There are essentially 3 things that need to happen to justify this:
- Something important enough to get Obi-Wan out of hiding.
- Vader to be working on one of his clandestine projects off the emperor's radar.
- Obi-Wan thoroughly owning Vader if they fight, establishing that he's no where near a master yet.
I agree that there needs to be a really good reason. Maybe Vader or the inquisitor’s Start sniffing around Tatooine and Obi Wan comes out of hiding elsewhere to lead them away?

Stoked for this series. As for Vader…at first I was sort of against him being in it but now I kind of like it. As for another duel it could still work or at least some form of interaction. There is the line in RotJ where Luke says to Vader that there is still good in him and Vader replies “Obi-Wan once thought as you.” Why would he think that if the last time he saw him was their duel on Mustifar? So I’m no longer opposed to the concept.

Not bad looking, but a dropship with no deployable wings is pretty disappointing. I know Eaglemoss doesn't really do moving parts, but I feel like that's one case where they really should have gone the extra mile.
Edit:
Wow, Eaglemoss seems to have seriously borked up their supplies or regional sites, or something.. none of those sales seem to apply to the US? Was actually going to pick up the Mark VII Viper and an XL Runabout at half price, but NOPE...
Yeah, have the first release with the deployed weapons pods…for the price it is very disappointing. I guess they justify this new one because the pods are closed on it. Shame too, as it is a perfect size but as you said the don’t like moving parts.

Well I took the plunge….(hehe)…and ordered the Titanic. It was immediately back ordered Sunday night but will ship around Dec 14 which works for me as it is a Christmas treat for myself and something to work on over the Holidays. Also ordered a Statue of Liberty set to go with it.

That looks really good.

I remember as a kid I always thought Garfield sounded like Murray too, so the casting thing over the years between animated and live was always amusing to me. I guess like it is for many people.
Chris

Well apparently it did go on sale at some point today as it now shows sold out. WTH!?

Nice! Looking forward to this.

Bummer, it appears the Lego Titanic is delayed a week. Now available Nov 8. Originally it was supposed to be available today and shipping the 8th so no real biggie, just excited for this set is all.

- The Scorpion King: I forgot how incessantly horny this movie is. Decent enough, though I don't think it's withstood the test of time.
You and I have very different opinions for Scorpion King. Lol 😂

Same here. First thought!
And I think the animation for the first movies still stands up well today, even for kid's movies.
As for Buzz's voice, I'm thinking Tim Allen was getting a bit tired of the role, esp as he was used very little for the last movie.
Also regarding the voice, Tim Allen’s buzz was the toy/tv show Buzz while this is the “Real” Buzz. Realities within realities.

Really LOVED this movie. Though they could’ve done some things a bit better. I felt the secondary characters and their motivations/relationships were kind of lacking so when things go down it didn’t have the emotional impact it could’ve. That being said still a great movie. Also, anyone else hear the nod to Lynch’s Dune when Paul and Jessica head out to find the Fremen. Nice nod by Zimmer.

I’m confused by the advertised “Clear body” version that is coming out soon. Is it “see through”? The pictures of it don’t appear to be.
edit: disregard, it’s a clear plastic model kit. I didn’t realize Aoshima has 2 different airwolf lines. The die cast replicas and the plastic model kits.

I always liked the look of Blue Thunder. A mean looking Helicopter. Cool model congrats.
