Any chance of a Miria figure in the future?

Has anyone had any experience with Hobby Fan's paint work? I'm ordering the new Minmay figure, and thinking of having them do the paint work. Does anyone have any input to offer on the quality of their work?

leggings more like chaps lol I know the price seems a bit high but the work involved and the time it takes to make. also a year of trial and error and a few prototypes later the end result is a coustom made 12" zentraedi jacket for 1/48s that has been a great conversation piece in my collection. I'm going to put a couple of them on ebay so watch for them here is a pix of one my prototypes leding up to my final coustom jacket

It is finally finshed and I will be making 10 more so if you would like to get one pm me. The cost is $55 USD & you get the hat, coat and the tv hands. No tiny figures for the pockets as it would increase the cost way too much. They are 1:87 train figures. NO pants. I haven't figured out how to design the pants so it doesn't look like John holmes is wearing them. See the pic below for the final version.

I have finished the final touches . I changed the cuffs and increased the size of the border at the bottom of the coat to match the as scene on episode.

Wasn't this auction only open to US bidders? I wonder how much it would have been if it had been international. With a 700 bid, we'll probably see a lot more come out.

I would like to thank you guys for the kudos especially GRAND CANNON for give me an idea for tv hands. i couldn"t figure out where to find hands that match the tv version. then I realized 1/60 GBP had the right size. so I recasted the hands. what do you think. ps; I should be finished with the final bits on sunday will post more pic

This is the only pic I could find on the web hopefully some one can find more pic. Does anybody know where I can get a VF-1A 1/48 for a decent price. I've been looking for one for months. It just doesn't look right without Max. I think I've got a connection for supplies, I'll know by the end of next week if I can make some.

NO pants the 1/48 is to well-endowed . making involved sewing gluegun and a hot iron and alot of (#$^%#%^)

I haven't been adle to reply or email due to a computer virus. it took three weeks to get my computer back. in a positive twist it gave me time to finish this custom. all i need is to find a 1/48 VF-1A max and three small figures for the pockets

You really have to appreciate people who can paint and do a fantastic job on customs work. Coming from someone who can't paint a straight line if his life depended on it. Good work. Keep those customs coming.

Aaahh, the magical powers of boobies. :

Just like I promised here is the steps to modify the figure. step (A) cut head in to a post shape to fit the socket in the head. setp (B) trim down leg post for tighter fit for modified legs. setp © sand down end of legs just a bit. setp (B@C) reduces the width so she fits in the cockpit better. setp (D) remove the feet. setp (E) remove almost half of the hair. sand the rough edges and paint to match. setp (F) assemble with plastic super glue. setp (G) act surprised when the wife sees it. see pics below. post your favorite millia pose when done
