Thank you both, I didn't work on the head my buddy did the work for me since I don't have the patience for model building. I was searching around but couldn't find any info on the letter designation for this version. Does anyone know what the letter designation would be (C, S, K, etc..)? Thank you!

These shots look good of the VF-2SS, very sleek.

I don't have any, but I am going use black construction paper and see how it works out. Its an LED keychain flash light like the picture below. Remove the chain part and it fits right into the Regult. Just make sure it has lock switch so it remains on. Wow, a large abundance of Regults are in the wild. I wouldn't mind picking up one more.

Going to try an use black paper rolled into a tube to focus light or stuff the inside of the cockpit with black fabric.

Yes, that is mine. You can see the light illuminating the blue sections of the body. Going to work on it this weekend so the light doesn't show through the blue areas.

Can't do it now. :(I just bought some camera gear and one of the TFs I pre-ordered might be releasing soon. I am liking the HMR line, I had fun posing the Regults and VF-1S, it helps that I am not as cautious with them as I am with the 1/60 Valks.

I agree gerwalk mode turned out really nicely. I was testing out different angle to see how they would look. Haha The RVF-25 head is really eye catching and has a good amount of detail you just don't see at times. I got into collecting late so I never owned a v1 of the Frontier Valks, but from what I have seen and read they were pretty bad. So in a way I am glad I came in late, because I would have bought v1 and would be pissed when the renewals were released.

Thanks mickyg. Time to break out the RVF-25 and put it on display and take some photos. Thank you. The sinister red/pink eye of the regult, too bad my attempt at making it light up didn't turn out as I had hoped because the light from the bulb was showing through the plastic of the Regults body. I'll give it a try again I can get it to work right.
